Abstract

PURPOSE:To correctly indicate an initial boundary point even when a main body collides with an obstacle or an upper portion thereof is broken after it is placed on the ground by forming said main body by fragile material in an elongated columnar shape. CONSTITUTION:A main body 2 and a core material 3 constitute a boundary pile of this invention. The main body 2 is formed of a slightly strong light- weight concrete or such fragile material as foaming plastic etc., into a columnar shape. The core material 3 is embedded in an axial center approximately all over the length of the main body 2. The core material 3 is formed of fragile material obtained by hardening graphite, powdered brick, silica sands or the like with an adhesive agent into a columnar shape, the upper surface of which is exposed outside above the upper surface of the main body 2. Furthermore, the core material 3 has a different color from the main body 2. When the pile is to be placed onto the ground, a hole is dug in a vertical direction to the boundary of the ground by a drill. Then, the pile is inserted and fitted into the hole, with the upper end thereof being exposed outside. Thereafter, sands are filled into the space between the hole and pile, so that the pile is fixed.

(Prior art) As a conventional technology, a columnar main body with a length of about 50 cm and a thickness of about 51 squares is formed from a material with high rigidity and strength such as concrete or hard plastic, and a cross is formed on the upper end surface of the main body. There was a structure with a mark engraved on it.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above-mentioned conventional device, the main body was made of a material with high rigidity and strength, so after driving the main body into the ground,
When an obstacle collides with a part of this main body, the resulting impact is transmitted to the entire main body, causing the main body to tilt or move sideways with respect to the ground, and if the top end breaks, the mark disappears. However, even if an obstacle collides with the main body after the main body is placed on the ground, or the upper end is broken, the present invention can accurately mark the initial border point. The purpose is to obtain a guide pile that is possible.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an elongated columnar main body made of a brittle material, and at least the axial center of the main body is made of a brittle material having a color different from that of the main body. The core material is provided over approximately the entire length of the main body.

(Function) Since the present invention has the above structure, if an obstacle collides with a part of the main body after it is installed on the ground, this part will break and the impact will be difficult to be transmitted to other parts.

Further, a core material 3 is embedded in the axial center of the main body 2 over substantially the entire length of the main body 2. The core material 3 is made of a brittle material made by hardening graphite, powdered bricks, silica sand, etc. with an adhesive, and is formed into a cylindrical shape with a diameter of about 31 to 5 inches, for example, and its upper surface is exposed from the upper surface of the main body 2 to the outside. expose.

Further, the core material 3 has a color different from that of the main body 2, for example, when the main body 2 is white, the core material 3 is black or red.

When installing the guide pile 1 on the ground, first make a vertical hole in the main part of the ground using an excavator, fit the guide pile 1 into this hole, and expose the upper end to the outside. The gap between the hole and the guide pile 1 is filled with soil to fix the guide pile 1.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the main body 2 and the core material 3 may be a circular main body 2a or a triangular main body 2b in a plan view, or a core material 3a or a cross-shaped main material 3a in a plan view. The core material 3b may have a triangular shape.

Further, it is preferable to embed a permanent magnet or a magnetic material in the main body 2 or the core material 3 so that when the upper part of the guide pile 1 breaks, the position of the guide pile 1 can be detected with a metal detector.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above explanation, in the present invention, the guide pile is formed of a brittle material, so that if an obstacle collides with a part of the guide pile after it is installed on the ground, the part of the guide pile will be damaged. When the main body breaks, it becomes difficult for the shock to be transmitted to other parts, and the main body will not tilt or move laterally.

Therefore, the present invention has the effect of being able to accurately mark boundary points over a long period of time.
