Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a building material usable as a ground material of a wall or the like by providing bonding layers by adhering sand to both front and back surfaces of a base panel formed from a foamed plastic panel by an adhesive and adhering a bottom coat admixture layer to the bonding layer at least on the single surface of the base panel. CONSTITUTION:A building material is constituted by adhering an adhesive to both surfaces of a base plane 1 composed of a foamed styrol plate body and scattering sand thereon the provide bonding layers 3 and further bonding a bottom coat admixture layer 4 to one of the bonding layers 3. The bottom coat admixture layer 4 is formed by mixing a powdery water-retentive agent such as calcium stearate or sodium ligninsulfonate, a foamed styrol powder and a glass fiber with cement and adding water to the resulting mixture under stirring to apply the prepared composition to the bonding layer 3. In molding the inner or outer wall of a wooden building, the building material A is nailed on the narrow plates 8 of a skeleton so that the bottom coat admixture layer 4 is turned toward the interior of a room in the case of the inner wall and toward the outside of the room in the case of the outer wall and a joint material 9 is embedded in the joint between respective panel materials to perform finishing. As a result, the building material developing sufficient strength as a wall ground material is obtained.

Boards made of foamed plastic such as styrofoam are lightweight and have excellent heat insulation and soundproofing effects, eliminating the troublesome construction work of pasting bases, waterproof paper sheets, lath netting, etc. for cement mortar finishing in traditional wooden buildings. As a means of solving this problem and achieving rationalization, various base materials have been proposed that use the above-mentioned foamed plastic plate as a base material.

By the way, foamed plastic itself is brittle and lacks the strength to be used as a building material, has poor fire resistance, and has poor adhesion to cement mortar. Although gypsum board is known, it is expensive, does not improve fire protection, and foamed plastic is no more than a mere auxiliary material. Further research progressed and technology was developed to use foamed plastic itself as a base material.
There is a technique disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2-13646.

To specifically explain the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a styrofoam plate (about 2
0 mm) is used as the substrate 1, adhesive 2 (trade name HIFIX) is attached to both sides of the substrate 1 by means such as gluing, and a bonding layer 3 is formed by sprinkling sand on the adhesive 2. 3, undercoat admixture layer 4 (thickness approx. 5-6 m)
The undercoat admixture layer 4 maintains good adhesion with the cement mortar. Specifically, the cement is coated with water-retaining substances such as calcium stearate, sodium ribnin sulfonate, and polyvinyl alcohol. A material obtained by mixing agent powder, styrofoam particles, and glass fibers, adding water, and stirring the mixture (Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-2933)
This material is described in Publication No. 1 and sold under the trade name K-Stand, and is coated on the bonding layer 3 described above.

In addition to the base material having the undercoat admixture layer 4 on both sides in the above structure, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a cement mortar layer 5 (with a thickness of approximately 1
~2cm) is attached. Furthermore, a notched groove 6 is formed on the peripheral edge of the side where the cement mortar layer 5 is provided. This example is used as a concrete panel, and a cement mortar layer 5 is provided with screw holes 7 (not penetrated) for passing spacers.

Therefore, in order to form the inner or outer walls of a wooden building, as shown in FIG.
In the case of an interior wall, the undercoat admixture layer 4 is on the indoor side,
In the case of an external wall, the undercoat admixture layer 4 is nailed toward the outdoor side, and a joint material 9 mixed with waterproofing agent and adhesive under the trade name K-Stand is filled in the joints of each board. For example, apply a primer coat such as plaster, and then apply the finishing wall material on top. If it is an exterior wall, finish it by applying cement mortar.

When molding parts of concrete structures that do not receive large loads, such as walls and parapets, the cement mortar layer 5 of the present invention is used as shown in FIG.
The building material A equipped with this is used as a concrete panel with the cement mortar layer 5 on the outside, fixed with reinforcing material in the same way as conventional panels, and the above-mentioned joint material is applied to the grooves formed at the joints of each building material. After the concrete is filled and concrete is poured, and after the concrete is cured, the building material B of the present invention is integrally attached to the poured concrete, so it can be used as it is and a finish can be applied on top of it.

[Effects of the Invention] The building material according to the present invention is mainly made of foamed plastic, and is laminated with a bonding layer in which sand is bonded and an undercoat admixture layer. The undercoat admixture layer contains cement, water retention agent, glass It is a mixture of fibers, and together with the bonding layer of sand, the strength increases more than expected. It is formed into a board of 90 x 45 dimensions, supporting both longitudinal ends, and 90 to 100 fibers in the middle.
Even when a load of 100 kg is applied, it only flexes without breaking or cracking (it exhibits sufficient strength as a building material, especially as a wall base material. In addition, it can be used as an undercoat admixture for foamed plastic substrates. Since the layers are adhered via a bonding layer, they do not peel off and maintain their adhesion for many years.

In addition, even though the board is made of foamed plastic, it is covered with a bonding layer and an undercoat admixture layer, so it has excellent fire prevention, heat insulation, soundproofing, and noise insulation effects, and prevents condensation due to temperature differences between indoors and outdoors, so it is always kept dry. can be kept. Furthermore, when applying cement mortar, the moisture is not taken away by the base material, which prevents the cement mortar from turning into powder.
It is possible to prevent the occurrence of cracks.

In addition, products with a cement layer are even stronger and can be used as concrete panels, and after concrete is poured, they become integrated with the concrete, eliminating the need to remove the concrete panel. During finishing work of applying mortar,
There is no need to spray water onto the concrete wall surface, and cement mortar can be applied immediately.
