As described in Japanese Patent No. 161574, a method has been proposed in which cleaning liquid cooled and condensed by a cooling pipe is stored in a fixed place and overflows to be applied to the object to be cleaned. However, in this method, the cleaning liquid that has been cooled and condensed in a cooling pipe is simply poured onto the object to be cleaned, and the condensed cleaning liquid is used only once. It has no effect on the laundry.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention attempts to solve the above-mentioned problems by first storing the cleaning liquid that has been cooled and condensed in a cooling pipe installed in the upper part of the steam generating tank in a storage body. The cleaning vapor is condensed and liquefied around the outer periphery of this storage body, and this is sprayed. The condensed liquid stored in the storage body is allowed to overflow and is applied to the object to be cleaned, and is condensed twice to produce clean cleaning liquid. The purpose is to make it possible to efficiently apply a large amount of water to the object to be cleaned.

Means for solving the problems In order to solve the problems mentioned above, the present invention
A steam generation tank that heats the cleaning liquid to generate cleaning steam is provided, and a cooling section that cools and condenses the steam generated from the steam generation tank is installed at the top of the steam cleaning tank by winding a cooling coil. , a storage body located facing the transfer path of the long object to be cleaned in the steam cleaning tank is connected, and the cleaning liquid condensed in the cooling section is introduced and stored in this storage body, and the stored purification The cold air of the cleaning liquid condenses and adheres the steam from the steam cleaning tank to the outer periphery of the storage body, and the lower end of the storage body is provided with a tip that allows the adhered condensed liquid to flow down and collect and fall. The purified cleaning liquid introduced from the cooling unit is sprayed onto the transfer path of the object to be cleaned which has passed through the cleaning liquid in the liquid cleaning tank, and the overflow nozzle provided at the top of the storage body is positioned so as to face the top surface of the transfer path. This is characterized by spraying the liquid onto a long object to be cleaned that is being transported.

Function Since the present invention is configured as described above, the cleaning vapor generated in the steam generation tank is condensed and purified in the cooling section to form a purified cleaning liquid, and this purified cleaning liquid is stored in the storage body and overflows. It can be used for shower cleaning of long objects to be cleaned, and the cold air of this purification cleaning liquid can be used to
The steam can be further condensed around the outer periphery of the storage body to obtain shower cleaning liquid, making it possible to effectively utilize the purified cleaning liquid. In addition, the liquid that condenses and adheres to the outer periphery of the container flows down the outer periphery of the container and collects at the tip, so that the condensed liquid is concentrated on the long object to be cleaned. It can be dispersed.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a cleaning liquid tank, and an inlet 2 for introducing a long object to be cleaned is provided at the upper end of one end, and the cleaning liquid tank is connected to the cleaning liquid tank through this inlet 2. An insertion wall 8 in which a part of the long object transfer path 5 formed to the outside of the outlet port 4 of the main body 3 is immersed in the cleaning liquid 6 and its upper end is connected and fixed to the upper wall 7 of the cleaning liquid tank main body 3. By immersing and inserting the lower end into the cleaning liquid tank 1, communication between the steam in the steam cleaning tank 9 provided at the upper part of the steam generating tank 10 and the inlet 2 is cut off. Further, a steam generation tank 10 for heating the cleaning liquid 6 with a heater 11 to generate cleaning steam is formed adjacent to the cleaning liquid tank 1, and a cooling coil 1 is installed in the cleaning liquid tank main body 3 above the steam generation tank 10.
2 is wound to form a cooling section 13. The steam generated from the steam generation tank 10 by this cooling section 13 passes through the steam cleaning tank 9, and then passes through the cooling coil 12.
The water separator 15
The cleaning liquid 6 and water are separated to form a purified cleaning liquid 16. It is preferable that the water separator 15 is equipped with a cooling mechanism that separates water and cleaning liquid using a cooling system, but this is not necessarily necessary, and the purified cleaning liquid separated from water by the water separator 15 is 16 is stored in the storage body 17.

This storage body 17 is located in the steam cleaning tank 9 facing the upper surface of the transfer path 5 for the object to be cleaned, and has an overflow nozzle 18 formed in the upper end direction.
After the purified cleaning liquid 16 introduced from the cleaning liquid 16 is once stored, it is dropped and sprayed onto the transfer path 5 of the object to be cleaned from the overflow nozzle 18, and the object to be cleaned is shower-cleaned. Moreover, since the storage body 17 has the pointed end 21 at the lower end, when the steam from the steam cleaning tank 9 is condensed and adhered to the outer periphery of the storage body 17 by the cold air of the purified cleaning liquid 16 stored in the storage body 17, the outer periphery of the storage body 17 is The condensed liquid can flow down the outer periphery of the container 17 and collect at the tip 21, allowing the condensed liquid 20 to be intensively sprayed onto the long object to be cleaned. I can do it.

At this time, if the moisture separator 15 has a cooling mechanism as described above, the steam in the steam cleaning tank 9 can be condensed and adhered to the outer periphery of the storage body 17 more efficiently. Therefore, it is possible to supply two cleaning liquids to the object to be cleaned: the condensed liquid 20 that condenses and adheres to the outer periphery of the storage body 17, and the purified cleaning liquid 16 that is introduced from the cooling section 13 and overflows from the overflow nozzle 18. At the same time, the purifying cleaning liquid 1 from the overflow nozzle 18
6 is sprayed at different positions on the transfer path 5 of the object to be cleaned, it becomes possible to perform shower cleaning twice.
Even better shower cleaning effects can be obtained.

Effects of the invention Since the invention is constructed as described above,
The purified cleaning liquid that has been cooled and condensed with the cooling pipe provided at the top of the steam generation tank is once stored in a storage body, and the cleaning vapor is condensed and adhered to the outer periphery of this storage body with the cold air of the purified cleaning liquid, and this condensation adhesion plate At the same time, the condensate stored in the storage body can be allowed to overflow and be applied to the object to be cleaned.Condensation is performed twice, making it possible to efficiently spray a large amount of clean cleaning liquid onto the object to be cleaned. This makes it possible to effectively utilize the generated steam and cleaning liquid. In addition, the liquid that has condensed on the outer periphery of the container flows down the outer periphery of the container and collects at the tip, so the condensed liquid can be intensively sprayed onto the long object to be cleaned. You can.
