Conventional Technology In the past, when noodles were boiled in boiling water and fried in a colander for commercial use, workers generally scooped them out by hand using a colander with a handle. For this reason, it had drawbacks such as requiring a great deal of experience and skill to colander-fry the boiled noodles.

Measures to solve the problem Generally, when boiling noodles for commercial use, pour boiling water into the boiling water as shown in Figure 1 a to prevent the noodles from getting tangled with each other, or from chafing and causing the surface to crack or break. As shown in the figure, a large amount of convection is created, and the noodles are boiled in a laminar flow while being carried by this convection.

Function: A roughly bucket-shaped scooping net device is installed in a constant laminar flow at the time when the noodles are to be boiled. The scooping net device can capture only the noodles without interfering with the flow of hot water, so after all the noodles have been captured, the noodles can be removed by removing the scooping device from the flow. It is something that can be scooped up.

In other words, for a square inner pot as shown in FIG. 1b, as shown in the second and third drawings or the fourth and fifth drawings, For example, for a round inner pot as shown in FIG. 1a, the wall portions of the other surfaces except the surface 4 where the opening 5 is located may be appropriately formed to have a spherical surface as shown in FIG. 6. Further, the side portion 8 may have an appropriate cutout at the upper portion of the opposing surface 4 above the opening 5, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG.

Next, the operation of the present invention will be explained. As shown in FIG. 7, the scooping net device of the present invention is adjusted to the timing when the noodles are boiled, and the upper opening of the device is slightly tilted toward the laminar flow, so that the opposing surface 4 faces the laminar flow (arrow) of the noodles 11. The bent part 2 of the hook 1 is hooked onto the upper end of the side wall of the inner hook 10, and the hook is installed in the inner hook 10. The noodles 11 flow into the storage part 3 of the scooping device through the opening 5 at the top of the opposing surface 4 on the laminar flow of hot water,
While the hot water flows along the wall side of the inner pot 10 in its laminar flow and freely passes through the bottom 9 of the scoop net and other mesh walls to reach the bottom of the pot, the noodles 11 flow on the wall surface inside the scoop net device. It is blocked by the collision, and as shown in FIG. 7, it converges at the approximate center of the inner pot, and is preferably accumulated in the storage portion 3. When all the noodles 11 have accumulated in the storage section 3 of the scooping net device, the folded section 2 of the hook 1 is picked up and the device is removed from the inner pot 10, thereby allowing colander-ageing. .

Effects of the invention The present invention allows the noodles to be quickly taken out of the hot water without damaging them by simply installing the scooping device in the inner pot 10 as described above, which simplifies the work and improves efficiency. It has the advantage that it can be used as it is as a colander for frying soba noodles, and that it eliminates individual differences among workers.

Further, when the lower wall surface 6 of the opposing surface 4 is formed of a baffle plate, the noodles that cannot flow into the storage section 3 from the opening 5 will not collide with the lower wall surface 6 and get tangled therein, and the noodles will not boil. Since the rising hot water is blocked by the baffle plate, there is an advantage that it is possible to prevent the noodles already accumulated in the storage section 3 from stirring up from below and causing them to boil over from the storage section 3. Furthermore, a convection path for hot water can be suitably formed between the baffle plate and the inner pot wall surface,
Therefore, there is an advantage that the noodles are guided along the flow path and do not collide with the lower wall 6 or become entangled therewith.

更にまた、本考案の掬網装置は単に麺類のざる

Furthermore, the scooping device of the present invention can be used not only for simply colander-frying noodles, but also for removing soup stock after use.

上記の如く本考案装置は極めて実用価値の高い

As mentioned above, the device of the present invention has extremely high practical value.
