Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit cold air, blown off from the blow-off port of a display table, is guided toward obliquely upward with a slow inclination by a method wherein the opening of a cold air outlet port in the cold air supplying unit of a ventilating chamber is positioned at the other side except the immediately lower position of the center of the display table while a cold air inlet port is positioned at one side except the same position. CONSTITUTION:A cold air inlet port 32 is formed by deviating the position thereof from a position immediately below the central position of a turn table 13 and an opening 33 is formed so as to be deviated to the other side. The circular opening 33 is formed so that the center thereof is positioned at a position deviated to the other side of the immediately below position of the turn table 13 on the upper surface of a cold air supplying section 34. Cold air is guided horizontally at the supplying unit 34 of the cold air and is guided upward again at the opening 33, however, the cold air inlet port 32 is formed so as to be deviated to one side from a position immediately below the central position of the turn table 13 and the opening 33 is formed so as to be deviated to the other side whereby much amount of air is blown off from the peripheral part than the central part of the blow-off port 28 of the turn table 13, further, it is blown off into obliquely upward whereby blowing against the top part of a hood may be reduced and the uniform cooling of a receiving chamber 12 may be effected.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It is well known in the art to surround a part of a product with a transparent material in order to make it easier to see the product from the outside, and there are many proposals. Among them, one was devised in which the sides of the product storage area were surrounded by four transparent glasses (this is called a four-sided glass type showcase),
Publication No. 0-22301 is also an example.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Not limited to the above-mentioned publication, in the case of a four-sided glass type showcase, there is a problem with the distance between the bottom plate that partitions a cooling chamber equipped with a cooler and a blower from a storage chamber in which products are stored. An air outlet and a suction port are formed at opposite positions to communicate with the storage room and the cooling room, creating a circulation path for cold air along each wall of the storage room, and surrounding the storage room with this cold air. I was trying to do that. However, in order to ensure good cold air circulation while ensuring the storage capacity of the storage room, it is common to form the air outlet and the suction port on the same horizontal plane, spaced apart from each other. Because it is not configured to flow between the two,
It has been impossible to immediately cool products located on the inner periphery compared to products located on the outer periphery.

Means for Solving the Problems The cooling showcase of the present invention has a product storage chamber surrounded by a see-through member that is held openable and closable and has a display stand at the bottom on which products can be placed. Equipped with a box body with a ventilation chamber located below the exhibition stand to circulate cold air with the room.
The display stand has a recess for placing the product, an air outlet formed between the recess, and an inlet formed on the outer periphery of the recess, and the ventilation chamber has a cool air supply section that communicates with the air outlet through the opening. and a cold air return section that communicates with the suction port are separated, and the cold air supply section has a cold air inlet on one side and an opening on the other side from just below the center of the exhibition stand. It is.

The opening as a cold air outlet in the cold air supply part of the working ventilation room is
Directly below the center of the exhibition stand (away from the cold air inlet)
Since it is located on the other side, cold air is blown more forcefully against the center part of the lower surface of the exhibition stand and the other side part compared to the - side part, and as a result, the cold air is blown onto the other side. Cold air is easily blown out from the located outlet. In addition, since the opening is formed at a position far from the cold air inlet,
As a cold air supply section, it is easy to make the thickness in the height direction to be a single horn.

A container (referred to as a beverage container) 23) filled with a sales product, such as a medicinal solution or a soft drink, is placed on the turntable (13).
However, the height position of the part that receives the bottom of the containers should be in the center so that it has a product partitioning effect to ensure that there is a gap between the beverage containers, and it is easier to see how they are lined up from the outside. It is designed to be raised high enough to act as a shelf. That is, it has a circular shape in plan view, and is formed into a spherical shape (more specifically, a curved surface of a part of a sphere) in side view so that the height becomes lower from the center to the periphery, and the lower part is formed by the rotation assisting member 22
), it is held rotatably and removably. Also,
Recesses (24) having a shape (circle, rectangle, etc.) that approximately matches the bottom shape of the product to be displayed are arranged in an orderly manner. As an example, as shown in Fig. 4, 24 circular recesses (25) are arranged on the outside and 12 circular recesses (25) on the inside, and the inner circular recess (25B) is connected to the outer circular recess (25). 25A), and ten rectangular recesses (26) are formed inside. And, in the center of the bottom of the circular recess (25), there is a 1.5 to 2.51 Til

), an air outlet (28) is formed in consideration of the shape, size, and number of installations, and a suction port (29) is formed on the outer periphery of the outer circular recess (25A). A rotation groove (38) for holding the rotation assisting member (22) is formed in an annular shape on the lower surface of the turntable (13).

In addition, a turntable (
The handle part (30) that serves as the handle when rotating the product 13) is installed upright with a wall surface curved in the left and right directions, and can be used as a POP advertising part to display the names, prices, etc. of displayed products. At the same time, the cold air blown into the product storage chamber (12) is directed downward and inward to suppress and prevent the cold air from hitting the lower part of the hood (14). This handle part (30) may be formed all around the outer circumference of the turntable (13), but in this example, the handle part (30) is formed on the front side of the display box (2) (facing the hinge device (21)). side) and the back side (hinge device (21) side) in a symmetrical shape with an arc of 90° and are erected with a wall surface, and moreover, the suction port (29A) is located inside this handle part 30〉. > are larger in number than the suction ports (29B) in other parts to increase the opening area, so the cold air blown out flows through the handle part (30B).
), more air is sucked in from the suction port (29A>) inside the hood (14), and even if the handle part (30> is not present), the amount of cold air hitting the lower part of the hood (14) can be reduced.

On the other hand, to explain an example of the ventilation room (15), the ventilation room (1
5> is composed of the lower surface of the turntable (13) located at the bottom of the product storage chamber (12), a partition plate (17), and a partition member (31> that partitions the high and low pressure space.
31) is a cylindrical cylinder in top view, with a cold air inlet (32) for taking in the cold air carried from the machine box (3) through the air pipe (4) on the side, and an opening (33) as a cold air outlet on the top surface. It has a cold air supply part (34) having a shape (see Fig. 1), and a cold air return part (35) surrounds the side wall of this cold air supply part (34).
That is. Here, the cold air introduced from the cold air intake (32) is guided toward the opening (33), but if the opening is formed to match directly under the center of the turntable (13), the turntable (13) More air is blown from the Suita outlet (28) formed at the center of the hood than from the other Suita outlets (28), which tends to hit the top of the hood (14) and cause fogging to occur in this area. In addition, the blown out cold air is drawn to the return cold air outlet (not shown) installed in parallel with the cold air inlet (32), so it becomes difficult to reach other sides from the center of the turntable (13). In this case, there are areas in the product storage chamber (12) that are cooled and areas that are not cooled, resulting in a problem that the temperature distribution inside the warehouse becomes uneven.

Here, the cold air directed upward by the blast pipe (4) is directed horizontally by the cold air supply section (34), and then directed upward again by the opening (33). By forming the opening (33) to bias the cold air population (32) to one side from directly below the center position of the turntable (13) to the other side, the air outlet (28) of the turntable (13) is from the center (especially the cold air population (32))
This allows more air to be emitted from the other side (which is farther away from the hood), and the air is directed diagonally upward instead of directly upwards, reducing the amount of air emitted to the top of the hood.
Uniform cooling within the storage chamber (12) can be performed.

In addition, the cold air supply part (34>) is formed with an annular stepped part (36>), and the turntable (13>) can be positioned in correspondence with the annular standing wall 37 formed on the lower surface of the turntable (13). At the same time, when this positioning is performed, a sealed space is formed between the bottom surface of the turntable (13) and the opening (33), so that the cool air coming out from the opening (33) is This prevents a short cycle of cold air returning to the cold air return section (35) without being blown out to the chamber (12).

As detailed above, according to the present invention, the opening as the cold air outlet in the cold air supply section of the ventilation room is located on the other side from directly below the center position of the exhibition stand, and the cold air inlet is located on the - side. This allows the cool air blown out from the outlet on the exhibition stand to be directed diagonally upward with a gentle slope, and the cold air coming out from the outlet on the other side is lower than the cold air coming out from the center and side outlets. The amount of cold air can be increased, and the exposure of cold air to the transparent member, especially the zenith part, can be suppressed, and the occurrence of fogging can be reduced. In addition, since the cold air inlet and the opening are not close to each other, the cold air supply section can be made flat.
Flattening of the ventilation room itself can be promoted.
