Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive the effective use of the surface of a display stand and the improvement of cooling efficiency, by providing a section where a merchandise formed along with subdivision is not mounted, with a cooling air discharge outlet and a cooling air suction inlet. CONSTITUTION:A space between a perspective member 50 with a central section set as an apex section, and a display stand 18 with a central section set as an apex section, is set as a merchandise containing section 12, to compose a cooling showcase 1. The display stand 18 is provided with a plurality of circular recessed sections 55 arranged for bearing the lower sections of merchandises separately, a plurality of square recessed sections 56 for bearing the lower sections of merchandises separately, suction inlets 59 formed on the outer periphery outside both the recessed sections 55, 56, and discharge outlets 58 formed by making the shapes, dimensions, and arrangement number different properly at extra sections formed between the circular recessed sections 55 and the square recessed sections 56. As this result, the effective use of the surface of the display stand and the improvement of cooling efficiency can be contrived.

Conventional showcases equipped with cooling mechanisms are generally divided into two types: direct cooling type and cold air forced circulation type. If the products are stored all at once in the product storage section, there will be no gaps between the products, which will obstruct the natural convection or forced convection of cold air and reduce cooling efficiency. It is necessary to arrange them in an orderly manner while maintaining the spacing. However, arranging products in an orderly manner while maintaining intervals is a very troublesome and troublesome task, and it takes time to replenish and fill the products. Therefore, in order to organize the products, the section structure was developed as a showcase equipped with some kind of arrangement means such as partitions.
18290 has been proposed.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above-mentioned publication, in order to facilitate the positioning of each product in a tiered open case, each shelf is individually sectioned. They are arranged with certain spacing between them. However, since this example targets direct cooling method cooling,
The structure does not take into account cold air passage for natural convection and forced convection, and cold air cannot pass between products. For this reason, cooling is performed for each section that has been individually formed, and it is difficult to cool the entire showcase uniformly, resulting in a problem that the temperature distribution within the showcase tends to be uneven.

Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a cooling showcase equipped with a display stand that not only separates products into individual sections but also effectively utilizes the area formed by the partitions where products cannot be placed to circulate cold air. This is an issue to be addressed.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a cooling showcase in which a space between a transparent member having a central portion as a top and a display stand having a central portion as a top serves as a product storage portion. , the display stand includes a plurality of circular recesses arranged side by side to individually receive the lower part of the product, a plurality of square recesses that individually receive the lower part of the product, and a suction port formed on the outer periphery of both recesses. , the shape and shape of the remaining part between the part where the circular recess is formed and the part where the square recess is formed.
The air outlet is provided with air outlets that are formed with appropriately different sizes and number of air outlets.

Product cannot be placed in the surplus area between the part where the circular recess is formed and the part where the rectangular recess is formed due to the difference in shape of the recess, but this surplus area can be used to open the air outlet. Because of this, the cold air blown out passes through the gaps between the products, making it easier for the cold air to come into contact with the products.

The ventilation room (13) is a high-pressure space that introduces air (this is called cold air) that has been cooled in the machine box and is conveyed through the ventilation pipe, and guides this cold air to the product storage section (12). A supply section (16) and a cold air return section (17) as a low-pressure space that collects air after cooling the product storage section (12) (this is referred to as return cold air) and guides it to the blast pipe. are formed into separate sections.

In addition, this turntable (18) has a plurality of recesses (54) arranged in an orderly manner, each having a shape (for example, a circle or a rectangle) in plan view that approximately matches the bottom shape of the products to be displayed, for product partitioning. Set it up. In this example, 24 circular recesses (55) are arranged on the outside and 12 circular recesses (55) on the inside thereof, and the inner circular recess (55B) has a higher bottom surface than the outer circular recess (55A). The bottom surface of the circular recess (55) has a height of 1.5 to 2 mm.
A small tapered projection (57) having a height of about 511n is formed. Furthermore, in the six examples in which ten rectangular recesses (56) are formed inside, eight small recesses (56A) and two large recesses (56B) are provided as the rectangular recesses (56). ing. The remainder of the double recesses (56A) (56B>) is a so-called dead space, such as a rectangular recess (56B).

55A), a plurality of suction ports (59) are formed on the outer periphery. In addition, on the outside of the suction port (59), there are several handles (60) that can be used as POP advertisements to display the names and prices of displayed products (in this example, the two handles are symmetrical). (in a symmetrical shape with a 90° arc) in a vertical position. In addition, the suction port (59A) located inside the part where the handle part (60) is installed is different from the suction port (59A) in the other part.
If the number is increased or the opening area is made larger than 9B), more cold air blown out from the Suita mouth (58) will be sucked in from the suction port (59A> inside the handle part (60)). At this time, the cold air is directed downward and inward at the handle (60) and is prevented from hitting the inner surface of the lower part of the hood (50), thereby preventing fogging and dew on the hood (5). Further, an annular rotation recess (61) for holding the turntable (18) on the rotation assisting member <70) is formed on the outer peripheral side of the lower surface of the turntable (18).

As detailed above, according to the present invention, it is possible to organize and display products with circular bottom shapes and square bottom shapes separately on a display stand, and also to display products with a circular bottom shape and a rectangular bottom shape separately. A gap can be reliably formed. Since the air outlet is formed in the excess space (so-called dead space where products are not placed) that is inevitably created by forming the circular recess and the square recess, the surface of the display table can be used effectively. In addition to this, cold air can be blown out from the gaps between products, making it easier for the cold air to come into contact with the products, improving cooling efficiency. In addition, the air outlet and suction port are not blocked by the products on display, and cool air convection can occur smoothly.

1. A cooling showcase in which a space between a see-through member having a central portion as a top and a display stand having a central portion as a top serves as a product storage portion, wherein the display stand is configured to individually receive lower portions of products. A plurality of circular recesses arranged in parallel, a plurality of rectangular recesses that individually receive the lower part of the product, a suction port formed on the outer periphery of both of the recesses, and a portion where the circular recesses are formed. A cooling showcase characterized in that the remaining part between the part where the rectangular recess is formed is provided with air outlets formed with appropriately different shapes, sizes, and numbers.
