Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the pressure resistance against a local shock and obtain a woody floor material comfortable to step on by sticking a load-resistant backing material such as phenol resin-impregnated paper on the back face of a surface decorative plate and pressing it to the surface of a base plate serving as the base of the floor material. CONSTITUTION:A surface decorative veneer 2 stuck with a load-resistant backing material 3 such as phenol resin-impregnated paper on the back face is pressed to a base plate 1 serving as the base of a floor material to constitute a pressure-resistant composite floor material. When it is pressed to the base plate 1, a cushion material 4 is inserted or a cushion material 5 is stuck to the back face of the base plate 1 to be adapted for the floor material to be entered with shoes on, the surface decorative plate is utilized as it is. The excellent effect to maintain the comfortableness to step on as a woody material can be exerted.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, since a load-resistant backing material is attached to the back side of the decorative veneer, the pressure resistance against localized concentrated loads can be significantly increased. Because of this, it does not easily become punctured or dented even when subjected to impact from high heels or other sharp objects, making it suitable for use as flooring material for shoes with shoes on. Since the board can be used as is, it has excellent effects such as maintaining the good footing feeling of wood.
