(Prior art) This type of hose generally consists of a large number of rectangular ceramic pieces arranged vertically and horizontally on an unvulcanized rubber sheet.
The unvulcanized rubber sheet is vulcanized and applied to the entire inner peripheral surface of the hose body, and the wear-resistant sheet is pasted at predetermined intervals to form a wear-resistant sheet. This is to prevent surface wear.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in a hose with such a structure, the gaps (joints) between each small piece are worn out during use. In other words, many streak-like joints are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hose body in the same direction as the transport direction of the powder and granular material. ,
When transporting powder and granular materials, there was a problem in which wear progressed extremely severely at the streaky joints extending in the direction of transport, and the product became unusable in a very short period of time.

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned problems.A large number of rectangular ceramic pieces are pasted in an array on an unvulcanized rubber sheet, and each row A wear-resistant sheet is formed by arranging small groups of small pieces in a staggered manner relative to groups of small pieces in adjacent rows, and the sheet is placed on the inner peripheral surface of the hose body so that the direction of the row of the small ceramic pieces is aligned with the axis of the hose body. It is characterized by being pasted in a direction that intersects the two.

(Function) When the transportation hose of the present invention constructed in this way is used, powder and granules enter into the gaps (joints) between each group of small pieces in the wear-resistant sheet, but it is difficult to connect the groups of small pieces in each row to Since the pieces are arranged in a staggered manner with respect to the groups of pieces in the row, each joint forms a dead end with the adjacent pieces, and the flow of the granular material that has entered each joint is blocked. Therefore, even though the powder is transported at a high flow rate, the flow rate at the joints is almost negligible and it stagnates.

(Example) Examples of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a square unvulcanized rubber sheet. On this unvulcanized rubber sheet 1, a large number of rectangular ceramic pieces 2 are pasted in an array, and each row of small pieces 2... Small pieces 2...groups in adjacent rows are arranged in a staggered manner, specifically, small pieces 2...groups in the first row are arranged in a, small pieces 2...groups in the second row are arranged in b,
When the group of small pieces 2 in the 3rd row is c, and the same applies hereafter, each gap (referred to as joint 2a...) in the small pieces 2 in the 1st row a is in the middle of each small piece 2 in the 2nd row b. Also, each joint 2b... in the small piece 2... in the second row b is located between each small piece 2... in the first row a and each small piece 2... in the third row c, and the same applies hereafter. A wear-resistant sheet A is formed by arranging the
This sheet A is cut to an appropriate width, and for example, the first row a to the sixth row f are cut into one sheet between the sixth row f and the seventh row g to form a strip. Then, a plurality of belt-shaped sheets A are formed in the same manner,
This band-shaped sheet A is attached to the inner circumferential surface of the reinforcing layer 31 of the hose body 3 either directly or via an adhesive after vulcanizing the unvulcanized rubber sheet 1. This belt-shaped sheet A
The ceramic pieces 2 are attached to the hose body 3 so that the row direction of each ceramic piece 2 is perpendicular to the axis of the hose body 3 (the direction in which the powder is transported).

In addition, when pasting the strip-shaped sheet A to the inner circumferential surface of the hose body 3, it must be pasted so that the row direction of the ceramic pieces 2 is inclined with respect to the axis of the hose body 3, as shown in FIG. It's okay. In this case, the band-shaped sheet A is continuously formed in a spiral shape on the inner surface of the hose body 3.

However, when transporting powder or granules using the transportation hose configured as described above, the joints 2a of the groups of ceramic pieces 2 in the wear-resistant sheet A,
2b, 2c..., but since the small pieces 2... group in each row are arranged in a staggered manner with respect to the small pieces 2... group in the adjacent row, each joint 2a, 2b,
2c... forms a dead end shape due to the adjacent small pieces 2..., and the flow of the powder and granules that have entered these joints 2a, 2b, 2c... is blocked. The flow rate at 2a, 2b, 2c, etc. is almost negligible, and the flow stagnates, thereby preventing the progress of wear at the joints.

As explained above, in the transportation hose of the present invention, when transporting powder and granules, the powder and granules enter the joints of the group of small ceramic pieces in the wear-resistant sheet and wear out these joints. Since the groups are arranged in a staggered manner with respect to the groups of small pieces in adjacent rows, the joints between each small piece become dead ends due to the small pieces in adjacent rows, and the particles that have entered these joints are This prevents the flow, so that even though the powder is transported at a high flow rate, the flow rate at the joints is almost negligible and it can be allowed to stagnate, making it possible to extremely reduce the wear of these joints. Moreover, the present invention has an extremely simple structure and can be implemented at low cost.
