本発明は、スラリーや各種粉粒物など輸送時に
おいてホース内壁面を著しく摩耗し易い流体の輪
送に好適なもので、生産及び在庫管理が容易であ
り、しかも、必要に応じて任意長さのものを簡単
に得ることができる耐摩耗ホースを提供する点に

に係る耐摩耗ホースは、弾性ゴム筒体の内周面全
域に複数枚のセラミツクプレートを相互密接状態
で固着して成る筒状ブロツクの複数個を同芯状に
並置し、その並置された筒状ブロツク群の外周に
ゴムと帯状体を巻回させて各筒状ブロツク群を固
着一体化してあることを特徴とするものであり、

れるが、生産能率が悪く、用途、目的等に応じて
各種長さのホースを準備する場合、生産コストが
非常に高くなり、在庫管理にも多大な経済的ロス

を同芯状に並置し、それらの外周に未加硫ゴムと
帆布などの補強用の帯状体を巻回して加硫するこ
とにより任意長さでしかも、内面の耐摩耗性及び
その耐久性に極めて勝れたホースを簡単に作製す
ることができる。従つて、前記ブロツクの量産化
によつて各種用途、目的等に応じて任意長さのホ
ースが得られてホースとしての生産コストの顕著
な低減が図れるとともに、ホース作製前は嵩の小
さいブロツクとして扱え、在庫管理や輸送等も非
常に経済的に有利に行え、もつて、従来ホースの
