ニツト後退のために可塑化時に起こる成形用樹脂
のいわゆる鼻たれ(drooling)を防止するための
装置に関し、その要旨とするところは前進後退自
在に設置されたインジエクシヨン・ユニツト1の
先端部に摺動自在な帯状シヤツタ2を掛け回し、
帯状シヤツタ2の両端に帯状シヤツタ2を往復駆
動するシリンダ7a,7bを配置し、帯状シヤツ
タ2にインジエクシヨン・ユニツト1先端のノズ
ル3と合致するノズル用孔4を穿孔し、帯状シヤ
ツタ2にクリーニング用ナイフ5a,5bを摺接
させて成ることを特徴とする成形機の鼻たれ防止

てある。また帯状シヤツタ2には、第2図のよう
にノズル3と合致するノズル用孔4を穿孔してあ
る。ノズル用孔4は1個でも良く、複数個でも良
い。しかして帯状シヤツタ2のノズル用孔4をノ
ズル3に一致させ、インジエクシヨン・ユニツト
1を前進させ、金型部6に成形用樹脂を注入する
ものであり、注入後シリンダ7a,7bを駆動し
て帯状シヤツタ2をノズル3に接触させたまま移
動させ、帯状シヤツタ2によりノズル3の成形用
樹脂を拭き取ると共に帯状シヤツタ2によりノズ
ル3を閉じ、インジエクシヨン・ユニツト1を後
退させる。帯状シヤツタ2により拭き取られた成
形用樹脂は帯状シヤツタ2に付着し、クリーニン
グ用ナイフ5a,5bにより落される。また帯状
シヤツタ2はガイドピン8a,8bを移動させて
ノズル3から離してから移動させても良い。帯状
シヤツタ2は皮、布、ステンレスのような金属板
等の材質で形成されるものであるが、背圧に耐え
るだけの強度があれば良い。また帯状シヤツタ2
だけでは背圧に耐えられない場合は、油圧駆動式
の遮閉板(図示せず)を設け、より確実なものと
することができる。本発明は主として射出成形機
において用いられるものであるが、ロータリ成形
機やL型成形機などのサイクル毎にインジエクシ
ヨン・ユニツト1の後退が必要な成形機に広く応

更に帯状シヤツタにクリーニング用ナイフを摺接
させてあるから、帯状シヤツタに付着した成形用
樹脂をクリーニング用ナイフにより除去でき、帯
状シヤツタを度々掃除する必要がなく、連続使用
が可能になる利点がある。なお帯状シヤツタと油
圧駆動式の遮閉板を併用すれば、より一層中型及
