DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing a decorative sound-absorbing board in which a highly sound-absorbing concave pattern is formed on the surface of a mineral fiber board such as a rock wool board or slag wool board.

Conventionally, methods for manufacturing decorative boards having such a concave pattern include, for example, a method in which a plate or roll on which pin aggregates are implanted in a travertine pattern is pressed onto a mineral fiberboard to create a pattern, or a method in which a pattern is created by pressing a plate or a roll in which pin assemblies are planted in a travertine pattern, or There is a known method of stamping a concave pattern by pressing a metal patterned plate or a metal patterned roll onto a mineral fiber board, but with the former method, the holes where the pins were pulled out stand out and are not natural. According to the latter, the concave patterned inner surface becomes a dense surface under pressure, resulting in low sound absorption.

In addition, in the above method, the surface layer of the mineral fiber board is crushed to form a travertine-like concave pattern, so if a large number of concave patterns are densely packed to form a material with high sound absorption performance, the base material However, there was a problem in that internal destruction of the mineral fiber board became significant, resulting in a decrease in strength. As a result, the area ratio of the concave pattern was limited, and the design and sound absorption performance were restricted.

On the other hand, there is also a method of placing a punched pattern board on a mineral fiberboard and scraping off the surface layer of the fiberboard by shot blasting or brushing, but if the adhesion between the pattern board and the fiberboard is poor, This method has the disadvantage that the excavated concave pattern becomes unclear, and in addition, it has the disadvantage of poor productivity.

In addition, all of the above-mentioned methods have the disadvantage that only concave patterns that are the same as the protrusions provided on the pattern board or roll can be formed on the mineral fiberboard, and there is little variation.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention combines a large number of pinhole patterns formed by pressing needle-like objects onto the surface of the fiberboard and a discontinuous linear concave pattern formed by scratching the needle-like protrusions. As a result, it has a clear and varied travertine-like appearance,
Moreover, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a decorative sound absorbing board having excellent sound absorbing properties with a large opening area ratio of concave patterns.

To explain an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings, the surface of a mineral fiber board 1 such as a rock wool board, a slag wool board, or a glass fiber board is made smooth by sanding, and an appropriate paint is applied to the surface as necessary. Formation of such a pinhole pattern 5 is achieved by feeding the mineral fiberboard 1 through a roll 14 on which a large number of needle-like objects 3 are randomly planted on the outer peripheral surface, as shown in FIG.
It may be formed by making the feeding speed of the fiberboard 1 match the circumferential speed of the roll 14, and pressing the roll 14 against the surface of the fiberboard and rotating it.

The needle-like objects 3 such as pins planted in the plate 4 and the roll 14 are made of steel wire cut into appropriate lengths, and even if the diameter of the needle-like objects 3 is irregular, Often, by using a combination of thick and thin needles and varying the protruding length of the needles 3 and the coarse density of the implanted state, the pin hole pattern 5 formed on the mineral fiberboard 1 can be improved. It can give a natural feel.

Next, the mineral fiber board 1 provided with the pin hole pattern 5 is conveyed by a conveyor such as a belt conveyor or a roll conveyor, and a large number of needle-like protrusions 6 are formed on the outer peripheral surface as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. It is sent to the installed rotary scraping roll 7.

This scraping roll 7 bites into the mineral fiberboard 1. When the protrusions 6 are forcibly rotated so that the moving direction is opposite to the feeding direction of the fiberboard 1, or when they are rotated in the same direction. By making the peripheral speed of rotation different from the feeding speed of the fiberboard 1, the projections 6 move the fiberboard 1
The surface layer of the fiberboard 1 is scratched in the same direction as the conveying direction of the fiberboard 1 to form a concave pattern 8 in a travertine pattern consisting of a large number of discontinuous linear grooves.

The numerous protrusions 6 protruding from the scraping roll 7 are made of pins or short columns of steel wire, and the number, arrangement, density, etc. of the protrusions on the outer peripheral surface of the scraping roll 7 are determined by the desired decorative board. The area of the scraped portion of the fiberboard surface should be in the range of 20 to 50% of the surface area of the fiberboard in order to improve the appearance and obtain a sufficient sound absorption effect. It is preferable to use it as follows.

However, when the scraping roll 7 is rotated in pressure contact with the fiberboard 1 and the needle-like protrusions 6 are bitten into the surface layer of the fiberboard 1, the portions overlapping with the pinhole pattern 5 described above are not formed. It is necessary to set the protruding length of the needle-like protrusions 6 so that the pinhole pattern 5 appears on the bottom surface of the travertine concave pattern 8.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the fibers scraped off by the needle-like protrusions 6 are passed through a suction box 9 covering the rear circumference of the scraping roll 7 by the suction action of an air pump (not shown). By absorbing and removing it, the working environment can be improved.

As described above, the present invention includes a step of injecting needle-like objects into the surface of a mineral fiberboard to form a large number of pinhole patterns, and a step of inserting the fiberboard into a roll having needle-like protrusions implanted on the outer peripheral surface of the fiberboard. A travertine-like concave pattern is created on the surface of the fiberboard by combining this process with the step of feeding the fiberboard and scraping the surface layer of the fiberboard in a linear manner with needle-like protrusions by rotating the roll to form a discontinuous linear concave pattern. Since this is related to the manufacturing method of the formed decorative sound absorbing board, simply scraping the surface of the fiberboard in a linear manner tends to create an artificial appearance, but by combining the pin hole pattern and the linear concave pattern, the line A moth-eaten hole pattern also appears on the bottom of the concave pattern, making it possible to obtain a natural pattern similar to that of natural travertine. The surface of the mineral fiberboard is scraped with needle-like protrusions to form a linear concave pattern, making it easy to process and suitable for mass production. A decorative board with a large number of sound absorbing effects can be obtained, and the opening edges of the concave pattern are formed at sharp corners, giving a deep appearance.

Furthermore, according to the method of the present invention, the pin hole pattern and the linear concave pattern are formed randomly on the surface layer of the fiberboard and do not have the same pattern. In addition, since the concave pattern is formed by scratching the surface of the mineral fiberboard with needle-like protrusions, unlike the conventional method of forming by pressing with a template, it is possible to create a porous mineral fiberboard. It has features such as less decrease in strength.
