Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to rinse an appliance without using a medical fluid which is difficult in handling by dipping an article to be cleaned in an ozone solution so as to be sterilized, and thereafter by filling an alkali cleaning agent into a treating tank while ultrasonically vibrating the same to decompose ozone while cleaning the article to be cleaned. CONSTITUTION:An ozone solution is fed into a treating tank in which an article to be cleaned is disposed, so as to dip the article in the ozone solution, which is therefore sterilized. After the sterilization, an alkali cleaning agent is added to the ozone solution used for the sterilization, and is ultrasonically vibrated in order to perform cleaning operation. Ozone is rapidly decomposed by alkali, and also is decomposed by mechanical vibration. Further, after sterilization, the ozone solution used for the sterilization is heated up to a temperature below 40 leg. C, and the agent is added thereto while ultrasonically vibrating the same to carry out the cleaning operation. Ozone is decomposed due to a rise in temperature and by mechanical vibration. The solution staying in the treating tank after completion of the cleaning has been turned into a mere cleaning solution which can be simply disposed in the same way as the usual effluent treatment.

(Function) When the sterilizing cleaning method of the present invention configured as described above is carried out, bacteria attached to the object to be cleaned are sterilized at the stage of being immersed in ozonated water. Since the object is not heated, blood adhering to the object to be cleaned will not coagulate, and blood will not be difficult to remove during subsequent cleaning operations.

In the case of the invention described in claim 1, after the sterilization treatment, an alkaline detergent is added to the ozonated water used for the sterilization treatment, and the cleaning operation is further performed by applying ultrasonic waves, but the ozone is quickly decomposed by the alkali. Moreover, since it is also decomposed by mechanical vibration, the ozone contained in ozone water is almost completely decomposed during the cleaning process, and the liquid remaining in the treatment tank after the cleaning process is completed becomes just an alkaline detergent aqueous solution. .

In addition, in the case of the invention described in claim 2, after sterilization treatment,
The ozonated water used for sterilization is heated to a temperature of 40°C or less, detergent is added to this ozonated water, and ultrasonic waves are applied for cleaning. The ozone contained in the ozone water is almost completely decomposed during the cleaning process, and the liquid remaining in the treatment tank after the cleaning process is completed becomes just a detergent aqueous solution and cannot be treated as normal wastewater treatment. Similarly, it can be done with a simple processing device. At temperatures below 40° C., blood and the like adhering to the object to be cleaned will not coagulate and become difficult to fall off the surface of the object to be cleaned.

In addition, if it is necessary to more quickly degas ozone from ozonated water, use ozonated water infused with alkaline detergent,
Alternatively, it is effective to simply inject detergent into heated ozonated water and apply ultrasonic vibration to the same, and at the same time blow air into the ozonated water. The ozone degassed by air blowing is treated with activated carbon.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the sterilizing cleaning method of the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, it does not cause blood to coagulate and become difficult to remove, nor does it require the use of troublesome chemical solutions. It is possible to cleanly clean instruments such as scissors and forceps with a simple device.
