この対策として鎖車に巻掛けるチエンのバレル

構造材による鎖車が望まれたが、適当な方法が得
られなかつた。そこで基台を一般構造材にした鎖
車歯部の両側面を精密加工し、次に耐食剛性材よ
りなる鎖車歯形を精密加工により製造し、この耐
食剛性材の鎖車歯形を鎖車基台の歯部に挾圧して
固着していた。

端に鋳ぐるみ片2も一体に延設成形する。次に鋳
型造型機により鎖車外形の鋳型3を成形する。成
形した鎖車鋳型3の歯型に対応する部分に内接し
て歯部輪郭1を据え付け、次いで一般構造用金属
材の溶湯をこの鎖車鋳型3内に注入し、一般構造
用金属材よりなる鎖車基台4が鋳ぐるみ片2を一
体に融着して、歯部輪郭1をチエンのバレル5が
圧接する位置に確実に固定するのである。
