Generally, the inner space of a bay window is used exclusively as a storage space for various items, but this invention focuses on the fact that bay windows protrude outside from the reference plane of the building's exterior wall and are easily exposed to sunlight. The idea is to utilize the space to collect heat from sunlight during cold seasons such as winter, supply warm air indoors, and also store items in the same way as in the past.

In FIG. 1, 1 is an opening 2a of a building frame 2.
This is a bay window installed on the outdoor side of the building, and sliding shoji 5a and 5b are fitted between an upper rail frame 4a and a lower rail frame 4b fixed to the outdoor ends of the upper frame 3a and lower frame 3b, respectively. has been done. 3c is the outdoor upper edge board, 6 is the bay window roof board, 7a is the upper frame, 7b
8 is a lower frame, 8 is an interior panel, 9 is an outer wall mortar layer, and 10a, 10b are crossbars above and below the opening 2a.

Therefore, a bottom plate 12 is installed horizontally between a receiving piece 11 that projects horizontally from the indoor side of the lower rail frame 4b toward the indoor side and the upper surface of the lower crosspiece 10b, and a heat sink 13 is mounted on this bottom plate 12. It is placed. Further, at the upper part of the inner space 1a of the bay window 1, a dog-shaped mounting piece 14a is fixed to the indoor side of the upper rail frame 4a.
and a dog-shaped mounting piece 14b fixed to the upper frame 7a.
A white-painted heat reflecting plate 15 is installed between the housing and the housing by fitting in an inclined manner so that it is lower toward the outdoor side and higher toward the indoor side.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the heat dissipation plate 13 is a corrugated plate made of aluminum or the like, and has a strip-shaped inclined surface 13a facing outdoors and a strip-shaped inclined surface 13b facing indoors alternately forming a mountain shape. They are arranged in parallel, and a black heat-resistant paint layer 16 is formed on both inclined surfaces 13a and 13b, forming a surface having high heat radiation. The angle θ of each outdoor-facing strip-shaped inclined surface 13a is set so that the angle θ is nearly perpendicular to the direction of incidence of average sunlight L during cold seasons such as winter. In addition, the heat sink 13 is attached to the bottom plate 1.
Insulating material 1 made of styrofoam etc. is placed between 2 and 2.
7 is loaded.

According to the above configuration, in cold seasons such as winter,
Sunlight L that enters from the outdoor side through the glass of the shoji 5a, 5b is absorbed by each outdoor-facing strip-shaped inclined surface 13a of the heat sink 13, and this absorbed energy is released as radiant heat H from the surface of the inclined surface 13a, As a result, the air in the space 1a is warmed and thermal convection occurs, and the warm air A rises to the heat reflecting plate 15.
It flows into the room guided by the slope. At this time, the heat insulating material 17 functions to prevent heat from dissipating downward from the heat sink 13 and to improve heat dissipation efficiency.

In addition, when avoiding heat radiation in summer etc.,
Either the heat dissipation plate 13 may be removed, or a suitable plate material 18 may be placed thereon as shown by the dashed line in the first figure. In addition, by placing such a board 18, various articles can be placed on the board 18 and accommodated in the space 1a in the same way as a conventional bay window, and by removing the heat reflecting plate 15 at the upper part, the inside of the space 1a can be stored. It is also possible to take a wide range. By making the size of the plate material 18 the minimum necessary for placing articles thereon, or by making it made of a transparent material, it is possible to simultaneously collect heat from sunlight during the cold season described above.

In the above embodiment, the black heat-resistant paint layer 16 is formed on the front surface of the upper surface of the heat dissipation plate 13, but the paint layer may be provided only on the outdoor-facing strip-shaped inclined surface 13a. Furthermore, the entire heat sink may be made of a material with high heat radiation. Further, the external shape of the heat dissipation plate 13 can be changed in various ways other than those in the embodiments. For example, the indoor strip-shaped inclined surface 13b portion in the above embodiment may be vertical, or the entire shape may not be a continuous wave shape.
It is also possible to form each band-shaped inclined surface 13a with an independent plate material, and in addition to this, each outdoor-facing band-shaped inclined surface 13a may be curved to some extent so as to correspond to changes in the sun's position over time.

As described above, the solar heat collection device for a bay window according to the present invention has a heat dissipation plate in which a plurality of outdoor-facing oblique inclined surfaces arranged in parallel with high heat radiation are horizontally arranged at the bottom of the inner space of the bay window. Therefore, during cold seasons such as winter, incident sunlight can be absorbed by the band-shaped inclined surface facing diagonally upward on the outdoor side and released as radiant heat, and warm air from this heat can be introduced indoors. Furthermore, in the summer, heat radiation can be avoided by removing the heat sink or placing an appropriate plate on it, and the space inside the bay window can also be used for storing various items as in the past. In addition, this solar heat collector has a very simple structure, can be manufactured at low cost, is easy to install, and can be installed in existing bay windows without any special modifications.
