In conventional scaffolding, a plurality of vertical members and a plurality of fabric frame structures along a horizontal plane are positioned at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction, and are arranged in one plane among the vertical members. The vertical members located at both ends are fixedly connected to each other in a detachable manner with the facing distance being regulated to a regular distance.

In this case, it is necessary to assemble a large number of scaffold components one by one on site, and
Even when construction is completed, it is necessary to dismantle each component of the scaffold one by one, which requires a great deal of effort and time to erect and dismantle the scaffold. In particular, as the vertical members are assembled in multiple stages, the amount of time required to work at high places increases, which increases the degree of danger.

Furthermore, in the past, two vertical members were arranged in the direction of distance from and near the wall surface of the structure, and a plurality of vertical members were also arranged in parallel in the direction along the wall surface, and a cloth frame structure was constructed between each vertical member. Because it was a scaffold, for example, when welding or assembling work on an overhanging wall such as a spherical tank, the vertical member on the side closer to the wall restricts the ability to position the scaffold closer to the wall. It was done.

For this reason, there was a drawback that the wall surface and the scaffold were unduly separated, making it difficult to work.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and allows scaffolding to be erected and dismantled easily without any hassle, and can also be installed close to the wall of an overhanging structure. The purpose is to provide a safe scaffolding.

In order to achieve the above object, the scaffold according to the present invention has a plurality of vertical members arranged side by side along a virtual vertical plane, and a cloth frame along a horizontal plane perpendicular to the direction in which the vertical members are arranged side by side. The scaffolding is constructed such that a structural part is cantilevered between adjacent vertical members and protrudes from the side of the vertical member to one side, the vertical member having the cloth frame structure part. A supporting member supporting the protruding end side of the cloth frame structure is provided in series, and the cloth frame structure is caused to swing relative to each of the vertical member and the supporting member about a horizontal axis perpendicular to the direction in which the vertical members are arranged in parallel. The characteristic configuration is that they are movably connected.

In other words, the structure is such that the fabric frame structure for the worker to ride on is cantilevered on a plurality of vertical members arranged in parallel along a virtual vertical plane.
The scaffolding can be installed so that the vertical members are not located on the side closer to the wall surface of the structure in the perspective direction with respect to the wall surface.

Therefore, since there are no vertical members on the side closer to the wall, it is possible to install the scaffold closer to an overhanging structure such as a spherical tank. It was easy to do.

In addition, since the fabric frame structure is connected to each of the vertical members and the support member so as to be able to freely swing relative to each other around the horizontal axis perpendicular to the direction in which the vertical members are arranged, the vertical members and the fabric frame By folding the structural parts in a pre-assembled state, it can be made compact, making it possible to reduce as much as possible the number of steps for assembling and dismantling scaffold components on site, making it easier to erect and dismantle scaffolding. can be done efficiently and safely with less effort. Moreover, during dismantling, the relative spacing between the vertical members at both ends can be made smaller than when using scaffolding.
Even though the vertical members and the fabric frame structure are assembled in advance as described above, it has become possible to efficiently transport the scaffolding frames in a multi-tiered state.

First Example (See Figures 1 to 3) A plurality of vertical members 1 having a length extending over multiple levels and arranged in parallel along a virtual vertical plane are arranged at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction. The horizontal members 3a are pivotally connected to the brackets 2 fixed at a plurality of locations so as to be swingable about the horizontal axis P1 .

A cloth frame 3b is fixed to the horizontal member 3a in a posture along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal directions of the vertical member 1 and the horizontal member 3a. The support member 5 is swingable around the horizontal axis P1 between the tip side of the flange portion 4a of the cloth frame 3b and the bracket 1a fixed to the vertical member 1, and is detachable at the bracket 1a portion. (It may be fixed.)
is pivotally connected to.

From the above configuration, that is, the cloth frame structure section 4 constituted by the horizontal members 3a... and the cloth frame 3b is able to swing freely around the horizontal axis P1 with respect to the vertical member 1 and the support member 5, respectively. Therefore, the relative distance 1 between the vertical members 1, 1 located at both ends within one plane can be changed to be smaller than the normal distance L when using the scaffold.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, when not in use, the vertical member 1 located at the center in the left-right direction and the other vertical members 1, 1 located on both left and right sides cannot be moved relative to each other in the vertical direction. Accordingly, the vertical member 1,
1 can be made smaller than the regular adjacent interval L when using a scaffold.

Second embodiment (see Fig. 4) The cloth frame 3b is aligned with the horizontal axis center P 2 with respect to the horizontal member 3a.
The cloth frame 3b is pivotally mounted around the cloth frame 3b so as to be vertically swingable, and is configured to be able to freely switch between a use state where the cloth frame 3b is held horizontally and a storage state where it is suspended.

In this case, the cloth frames 3b are mainly arranged in a row above and below.
In the case of a scaffold in which a plurality of cloth frames 3b are arranged in the left and right direction, the horizontal axes P 2 and P 2 positions of the left and right adjacent cloth frames 3b, 3b are By displacing it in the lateral direction, the left and right cloth frames 3b, 3b are prevented from colliding with each other during folding.

Fourth Embodiment (See FIG. 6) A mechanism 8 is provided between the vertical member 1 and the horizontal member 3a to lock both 1 and 3a in a non-use state and a scaffolding use state. This lock mechanism 8
is a cylindrical body 8a fixed to the horizontal member 3a,
A lock pin 8 selectively engageable with locking portions 8b, 8b formed on the bracket 2 of the vertical member 1.
c, a spring 8d that urges the lock pin 8c to move in the locking direction, and a member 8e that locks and holds the lock pin 8c in the unlocked position against the elastic urging force of the spring 8d.
By selectively engaging the locking pins 8c with the locking portions 8b, 8b, the vertical member 1 and the horizontal member 3a are locked in the non-use state or in the scaffolding state.
