Abstract

PURPOSE:To mold efficiently and integrally different kinds of synthetic resin each other by providing a specific partition plates within a cavity, and filling different kinds of a molding material while the plate being freely extracted upwards and downwards. CONSTITUTION:A female mold 1 and a male mold 2 are combined, and a first synthetic resin is injected and filled for forming a molding product A into a first cavity C formed in an isolated condition by partition plates 3. Next, a second cavity D is formed by withdrawing the partition plates 3 from the inner part of the cavity, and a second synthetic resin is injected and filled for forming a molding product B into the second cavity. The molding product A and the molding product B are molded integrally. Inasmuch as employing a method wherein the first synthetic resin is injected and filled into the isolated part, in subsequence thereof, the second synthetic resin is injected and filled thereinto by releasing the isolation, it can be molded integrally by different kinds of synthetic resin even if the molding product is a complicated one.

Incidentally, it is desired that the mole-removable portion 23 be as flexible and easy to remove as possible, but on the other hand, there is a demand for the portion that fits into the container body to be as strong as possible. However, it is impossible to satisfy both of these conditions as long as the entire molded product is molded from a single synthetic resin.
