Abstract

PURPOSE:To replace a conductive metal fitting piece along with a filter part at the time of the replacement of a filter and to reduce continuity inferiority due to the contamination of the conductive metal fitting piece, by fixing the conductive metal fitting piece to the filter part. CONSTITUTION:A conductive metal fitting piece 13 is fixed to a filter part 6 consisting of an electrostatic filter 10 and an active filter 11 replaced periodically and the filter part 6 is mounted to a main body in a state of a filter set 16. In such a state that the filter set 16 is mounted to the main body, the conductive metal fitting piece 13 is brought into contact with an earth elastic metal fitting piece 17 and also simultaneously brought into contact with the active filter 11 being the conductor in contact with the electrostatic filter 10 and, therefore, the active filter 11 is earthed.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, this type of electric purifier has had a configuration as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. That is, an electrode section 103 consisting of a plurality of discharge wires 101 and a counter electrode plate 102 applied with high voltage.
In the process, the indoor dirty air taken from the intake grill 104 into the main body 106 is positively ionized, and then passed through an electrostatic filter 106 and an activated carbon filter 107.
When the air passes through a filter section 108, it is collected and deodorized, and is returned to the room as clean air through a blower grill 112 by a blower device 111, which includes blades 109 and a motor 110. The filter part 108 is held by a resin filter frame 113, and a conductive metal piece 114 fixed to the filter frame 113 and the main body 10
Ground elastic metal fitting piece 1 fixed to 5 and kept at ground potential
15, the activated carbon filter 107, which is a conductor in contact with the electrostatic filter 106, is grounded.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, when the filter part 108 becomes dirty and reaches the end of its service life, it is necessary to replace only the filter part 108 or to replace the entire filter set including the filter frame 113. However, in the above case, the surface of the conductive metal piece 114 fixed to the filter frame 113 gradually becomes dirty, and the contact resistance with the ground elastic metal piece 116 increases, resulting in poor conduction, which causes a decrease in dust collection performance and noise generation. There is a risk that this may occur. 1. In the case described below, there was a problem that the cost of replacement filters would be high.

The present invention solves these problems by making it possible to replace the conductive metal piece integrally with the filter part, reducing the cost of replacement filters, and eliminating the problem of poor conductivity due to dirt on the conductive metal piece. The purpose is to prevent this from occurring.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an electrode section consisting of a discharge wire applied at high voltage and a counter electrode plate, a filter set inserted in the back of the electrode section, and the electrode section, A fan blade that circulates indoor air through the filter set.
The filter set consists of a motor, and a filter part consisting of an electrostatic filter for dust collection and an activated carbon filter for deodorization, and a conductor (activated carbon filter) fixed to one end of the filter part and in contact with the electrostatic filter, which is grounded. The filter frame is made of resin and has a square hole that holds the conductive metal piece and comes into contact with the conductive metal piece.

Function: With this configuration, the conductive metal fitting piece is fixed to the filter part, so that it can be replaced together with the filter part when replacing the filter, and poor conductivity due to dirt on the conductive metal fitting is reduced. Furthermore, since the filter frame can be used as is without being replaced, it is possible to reduce the cost of replacement filters.

EXAMPLE An example of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. In the electrode section 3 shown in the figure, which consists of a plurality of discharge wires 1 applied at high voltage and an opposing electrode plate 2, the indoor dirty air taken into the main body 6 from the intake grille 4 is different from the conventional example. Similarly, when the air passes through the filter section e, it is collected with dust and deodorized, and then returned as clean air to the room through the blow-off grille 9 by a blower device comprising a blade T1 motor 8. The filter section 6 is a combination of two electrostatic filters 10 and activated carbon filters 11, wrapped in a skin 12 made of thin non-woven fabric, and a U-shaped conductive metal piece 13 is caulked at the lower end of the skin 12. It is. The above-mentioned filter part e is inserted into the main body 6 as a filter set 16 held by a resin filter frame 15 with a square hole 14 at a position where it comes into contact with the conductive metal piece 13 when set. . When the filter set 1e is inserted into the main body 6, the conductive metal piece 13 comes into contact with the ground elastic metal piece 17 fixed to the main body 6 and kept at ground potential, and at the same time contacts the electrostatic filter 10. Since it is also in contact with the activated carbon filter 11, which is a conductor, the activated carbon filter 11 is grounded, and as a result, the dust collection ability of the electrostatic filter 10 can be maintained in a high performance state.

In the above configuration, the conductive metal piece 13 is not the filter frame 15 as in the conventional case, but the electrostatic filter 1 that is replaced periodically.
0. Since it is fixed to the filter part 6 consisting of the activated carbon filter 11, even if only the filter part 6 excluding the filter frame 16 is replaced in order to reduce the cost of replacement filters, the conductive metal fitting piece 13 can be replaced at the same time. Therefore, it is possible to prevent poor conduction between the conductive metal piece 13 and the ground elastic metal piece 17 due to dirt on the surface of the conductive metal piece 13, which causes deterioration in dust collection performance and noise generation.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments above, according to the present invention, even if only the filter part excluding the filter frame is replaced, there is no risk of deterioration of dust collection performance or generation of noise due to poor conduction. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the cost of replacement filters.
