PURPOSE:To reduce the time and labor required for production of a parts rated list by relating a rated data base of a terminal side system to a parts data base of a host side production control system via the items like the purchase specification standard numbers, the type names, etc. CONSTITUTION:In a terminal side system A, the rated data necessary for evaluation of parts is previously inputted via an input device 4 and stored in an external memory 7 as a rated data base. In this case, the rated data corresponds to the prescribed items like the purchase specification standard numbers, the type names, etc. When a parts rated list is produced, the relation is secured between the system A and a host side production control system B via the data communication devices 5A and 5B. Thus the system A can have an access to a parts data base of a host data base 9 or the system B can have an access to the rated data base of the memory 7 respectively. In such a way, the list 10 can be easily obtained in an extremely short period.
