The invention discloses a method and a system for checking and calibrating order delivery under remote entrustment, wherein the method comprises the steps that a seller establishes own checking/calibrating capability in a seller laboratory and generates a corresponding capability list; the purchase entrusting party searches corresponding seller laboratories in the ordering module, selects experiment parameters after searching the seller laboratories and issues entrusting intentions; and the seller confirms the entrusting intention in the seller laboratory, converts the entrusting intention into an internal circulation order and assigns the internal circulation order to corresponding experimenters for detection or calibration. The invention provides a purchasing and selling platform of detection and calibration service, which improves the efficiency of ordering and signing, reduces the cost of purchasing and selling detection/calibration service, and also increases the convenience of subsequent detection/calibration work.
