Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on examples. 1
is the metal plate that is the core material of decking material A (for example, the thickness is
0.5 to 1.0 cm), and a groove 2 is formed in the center of the metal plate 1 in the vertical direction and is concavely curved downward in a U-shape. A large number of mounting holes 3 are drilled at a constant pitch in all directions, and both sides of the metal plate 1 form vertical parts 6, with the lower part of one vertical part 6 extending inward. It is folded back into a U-shape to form an engaging part 7, and the lower part of the other vertical part 6 is folded back outward into a U-shape to form an engaged part 8. A coating synthetic resin layer 4 is provided on the outer periphery of the metal plate 1.
(for example, 0.2 to 1.5 cm thick),
A thick overcoating synthetic resin layer 4 is provided on the upper outer periphery of the metal plate 1.
a is coated, the lower outer periphery of the metal plate 1 is covered with a thin lower coating synthetic resin layer 4b, and ribs 9 are protruded from the upper surface of the upper coating synthetic resin layer 4a to prevent slipping and improve the feel. There is. The mounting hole 3 of the metal plate 1 is closed with a covering synthetic resin layer 4, and this closed part becomes a resin-only closed part 5. The deck material A constructed in this way has 1 joist as shown in Figure 3.
0 through the mounting hole 3 to a screw 11, and adjacent deck materials A are connected by the engaging portion 7 and the engaged portion 8. FIG. 4 shows another example of the metal plate 1. Figure a shows the metal plate 1 reinforced with vertical ribs 12, and figure b shows the metal plate 1 with embossing 1.
Figure 3 shows the metal plate 1 reinforced with horizontal ribs 14, and Figure c shows the metal plate 1 reinforced with horizontal ribs 14. Furthermore, the vertical ribs 12, embossing 13, and horizontal ribs 14 may be combined for reinforcement. FIG. 5 shows another example of the upper synthetic resin layer 4a. Figure a shows the top covering synthetic resin layer 4a made thicker, but it may be made thicker by foaming the synthetic resin. Figure b is designed to strengthen the central part, where it is most frequently stepped on, by making the center part the thickest part, and Figure c
The reinforcing ribs 15 are made hollow to improve the feel of the soles of the feet and to reduce the amount of synthetic resin material used. Figure d shows a structure in which the upper covering synthetic resin layer 4a is multilayered.

As described above, in the present invention, the outer periphery of the metal plate is coated with a synthetic resin layer, so it has greater strength than a plate made of synthetic resin, has less expansion and contraction due to thermal deformation, and does not generate static electricity. In addition, a large number of mounting holes were drilled at a fixed pitch in the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate of the groove section, and the mounting holes were closed with a covering synthetic resin layer, so that it could be attached to the joists with fasteners such as screws. Even if the spacing between the joists is different, the decking material can be fixed to the joists by simply driving a fixing device such as a screw through the mounting hole, and the remaining mounting holes can still be covered with the synthetic resin layer. Since the hole is closed by a hole, there is no possibility of rain leakage, and there is an effect that rust will not occur from the peripheral end surface of the mounting hole.
