【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はエンジン燃焼室内の圧力を検知し、電
気信号に変換する感圧素子が組み込まれた感圧素
子(圧力ピツクアツプ)内蔵スパークプラグに関
するものである。

構造例の一つは(例えば特公昭41−5154号公報参
照)第1図に示すようにスパークプラグ1をシリ
ンダヘツド5に取付ける場合に、スパークプラグ
1の取付金具2のねじ座3にガスケツト4が嵌め
られるが、このガスケツト4の内部に感圧素子
(圧力ピツクアツプ素子)を組入れた方式の物が
ある。

ード線をシールドする場合に接続手段や構造が複
雑化することは避けられない。

本考案は上記のような実情に鑑みてなされたも
ので、スパークプラグの絶縁体を固定支持する取
付金具の大径の胴部に於て、シリンダヘツド側端
面、シール面に溝を穿設してこの中に感圧素子を
嵌入させ、押え金で固定支持するとともに、取付
金具の大径の胴部に前記溝とは反対面つまりシリ
ンダヘツド側端面とは反対の端面に貫通する孔を
設け、ここにコネクタ部を設けることによつて簡
単な構造でリード線自体の着脱が容易であり、し
かもリード線の取出しに半径方向のスペースを要
せず、かつ取付金具がシールドを兼ねる構造とな
るので、リード線に特別のシールドを必要とせ
ず、更に加工が簡単であるのでコストも廉価であ
る等の特徴を有する。

側から固定支持している。又、中心電極12の先
端部と取付金具13の先端部に突設した外側電極
14との間で火花ギヤツプが形成され、高圧リー
ド線に接続するための端子金具15が固設されて
いる。取付金具13の大径の胴部13−aのシリ
ンダヘツド側端面には環状の溝16が設けられ、
この中に感圧素子17即ちチタン酸バリウム磁器
等の圧電(又は電歪)材料あるいはピエゾ抵抗効
果の大きい半導体等の圧力一電気変換素子などか
らなるものを嵌入し押え金18で押え、押え金1

なうことができ、製造が比較的容易であるので、
コストの低下も可能である。
