本考案は、ガスレンジで油揚げ調理物を作る
際、ガスレンジの周囲に油が飛散するのを防止す
るために用いられる、いわゆるコンロガードと呼

(従来の技術とその問題点)
従来の油飛散防止板は、軽量・安価にすべくア
ルミニウム箔の単体で構成されており、かつこの
飛散防止板は普通幅が700〜900mm、高さが300〜
550mm程度とかなり大きいため、周囲に縁巻きを
施すだけでなく、全面に補強用の凹凸条を形成す
ることによつて形状保持に必要な強度を持たせて
いる。ところが、この様に補強手段を講じていて
も、表面に付着した油を拭き取る際に簡単に変形
してしまい、数回使用すると大変見苦しくなつて
しまうという問題があつた。この問題を解消する
には例えば0.3mm程度のアルミニウム板を用いれ
ばよいが、それでは重量が大となると共にコスト

(作用)
この油飛散防止板によると、アルミニウム箔を

を受けて加熱されるため、板紙に含まれている水

けたアルミニウム箔が板紙から浮き上がる虞れが
あるが、本考案ではアルミニウム箔に設けられた
通孔から発生した気体が逃がされるため、アルミ

以下、本考案の一実施例を図面を参照しつつ説
明する。1は油飛散防止板で、第2図に示す様
に、10〜15μmのアルミニウム箔3を接着剤層4
を介して220g/m2のマニラボール紙又は白ボー
ル紙や不燃紙、あるいはボール紙と不燃紙の複合
紙等の板紙5に貼り付け、さらにこの板紙5の裏
面に接着剤6を介して220g/m2のボール紙等の
板紙7を貼り付けると共にこの板紙7の裏面に接
着剤8を介して10〜15μmのアルミニウム箔9を
貼り付けた板材2から構成されている。この板材
2の両面のアルミニウム箔3,9には多数の凹凸
を付与する型付け10が施され、その結果各凹部
の底にこのアルミニウム箔3,9を貫通する極め
て微細な通孔11が形成されている。なお、この
通孔11は針先を突き通す等の他の手段で形成す
ることもでき、また場合によれば通孔11を板材
2の片面にのみ、特にコンロ側に向く面とは反対
側の外面だけに形成してもよい。なお、板紙5,
7としては、ボール紙の他、不燃紙等各種材料を

中の水分や接着剤中の溶剤が気化しても、そのガ
スの圧力でアルミニウム箔が板紙から浮き上がつ
て剥れたり、外観が見苦しくなるという様なこと
