[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) This invention is a so-called stove guard that is used to prevent oil from scattering around the gas range when cooking fried foods in a gas range. (Conventional technology and its problems) Conventional oil scattering prevention plates are made of a single piece of aluminum foil in order to be lightweight and inexpensive, and this scattering prevention plate usually has a width of 700 to 900 mm and a height of 300 mm. ~
Since it is quite large at approximately 550 mm, it is not only wrapped around it, but also has uneven reinforcing stripes formed on its entire surface to give it the strength necessary to maintain its shape. However, even with such reinforcing measures, there was a problem in that it easily deformed when wiping off oil adhering to the surface, and it became very unsightly after being used several times. To solve this problem, for example, an aluminum plate of about 0.3 mm may be used, but this results in another problem of increased weight and cost.

(Function) According to this oil-scattering prevention board, since it uses a board material with aluminum foil attached to paperboard, the necessary strength is obtained from the paperboard, and it is easy to deform when wiping off the oil that adheres to it. Nothing like that will happen. Additionally, as this oil-scattering prevention board is heated by the heat from the stove, the water contained in the paperboard and the solvent in the adhesive evaporate, and the pressure causes the attached aluminum foil to lift from the paperboard. However, in the present invention, the generated gas escapes through the holes provided in the aluminum foil, so the aluminum foil does not lift up.

(Example) Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is an oil scattering prevention plate, as shown in Fig. 2, an aluminum foil 3 of 10 to 15 μm is coated with an adhesive layer 4.
220 g/m 2 of manila cardboard, white cardboard, non-combustible paper, or a composite paper of cardboard and non-combustible paper, etc., is pasted on a paperboard 5 such as 220 g/m 2 through an adhesive 6. It is made up of a board material 2 on which a paperboard 7 such as cardboard with a thickness of /m 2 is pasted and an aluminum foil 9 with a thickness of 10 to 15 μm is pasted on the back side of the paperboard 7 via an adhesive 8. The aluminum foils 3 and 9 on both sides of the plate material 2 are patterned 10 to provide a large number of unevenness, and as a result, extremely fine holes 11 are formed at the bottoms of each recesses, penetrating the aluminum foils 3 and 9. ing. Note that this through hole 11 can also be formed by other means such as penetrating the tip of a needle, and in some cases, the through hole 11 can be formed only on one side of the plate material 2, especially on the side opposite to the side facing the stove. It may be formed only on the outer surface. In addition, paperboard 5,
As the material 7, various materials such as non-combustible paper can be used in addition to cardboard.

This oil scattering prevention plate 1 has a vertical bent part 12 formed at the middle position in its width direction so that it can be bent into an L shape, and one side of the bent part 12 is attached to a rear guard located at the rear of the gas range. Face 13
The other side constitutes a side guard surface 14 located on the side of the gas range. Rear guard surface 1
Attachment portions 15 are formed on both sides of the lower part of 3 by extending from the same plane, and a support portion 17 is formed between these attachment portions 15, 15 via a bending line 16. A horizontal extension part 19 is connected to the lower end of the side guard surface 14 via a bending line 18, and a support part 20 is formed in the center of the free end side edge by extending the same surface. , and a fold line 2 on both sides.
1, a mounting portion 22 is formed therebetween. In the mounting parts 15 and 22, a mounting part 24 for a permanent magnet 25 for mounting is formed by bending a pair of cut pieces formed by making a cut 23 in a horizontal H-shape into an L-shape. . In FIG. 1, 26 is a press processing line.

The oil scattering prevention plate 1 having the above configuration has the mounting portion 2
4 with a permanent magnet 25 attached thereto using an adhesive or double-sided adhesive tape, and is commercially available in a state where it is folded in half at the bending part 12. When installing it on the gas range 27,
As shown in FIG.
At step 8, bend the supporting section 17 and the horizontal extension section 19 inward so that they are horizontal, and at the same time bend the mounting section 22 downward at the bending line 21 to form the mounting shape.
Next, the support part 17 and the support part 20 at the free end of the horizontal expansion part 19 are engaged with the upper surface of the rear edge and side edge of the gas range 27, and the attachment part 15 of the rear guard surface 13 and the side guard surface 14 are engaged. The mounting portions 22 of the gas range 27 are brought into contact with the side surfaces of the gas range 27, and are attracted and fixed by the permanent magnets 25.

In this installed state, the rear guard surface 13 stands up from the rear side of the gas range 27, but there is usually a required gap between the stove part and the rear surface, so you can place a pot etc. There is no problem in placing it. On the other hand, on the side side of the gas range 27, since the side guard surface 14 stands up through the horizontal expansion part 19, the side guard surface 14 rises up, although the distance between the stove part and the side surface is usually narrow. It does not get in the way when placing pots etc.

In addition, during use, the rear guard surface 13 and the side guard surface 14 are heated by heat from the stove and become quite high temperature, and moisture contained in the paperboards 5 and 7 and remains in the adhesive layers 4, 6, and 8. In some cases, the solvent etc. vaporized may be vaporized, but since the gas is released to the outside through the through hole 11, the aluminum foils 3 and 9 may be lifted from the paperboards 5 and 7 by the pressure of the vaporized gas. There is no such thing as getting tired. In this case, even if the holes 11 are provided only in the aluminum foil 9 on the outer surface, vaporized gas can escape and the aluminum foils 3 and 9 can be sufficiently prevented from lifting, and the aluminum foil 3 on the stove side, where oil adheres, has irregularities. Since there are no holes or holes, oil can be wiped cleanly.

In addition, as in the above embodiment, the aluminum foils 3 and 9
It is preferable to attach the aluminum foil to both the inside and outside surfaces to provide sufficient heat resistance, but it is also possible to use a heat-resistant synthetic resin film instead of the aluminum foil 9 on the outside surface opposite to the stove part. The resin film or aluminum foil 9 may be colored or a colored pattern may be applied by printing or the like to improve the aesthetic appearance. Furthermore, permanent magnets 2 are attached to the mounting portions 13 and 20.
3, double-sided adhesive tape may be attached, and various fixing means may be used. Further, the supporting parts 15 and 18 can also be provided with suction or adhesion means.

(Effect of the invention) According to the oil scattering prevention plate for gas range of the invention,
As is clear from the above explanation, since the board material is made by pasting aluminum foil onto paperboard, the necessary strength is obtained from the paperboard, and it does not easily deform when wiping off the oil that has adhered to it. Moreover, since paperboard is used as the strength member, it is lighter and can be manufactured at a lower cost than using a thick aluminum plate. Moreover, even when using a board material such as this, in which aluminum foil is attached to paperboard, the aluminum foil is scattered with many holes to allow gas to escape, so the heat from the stove is absorbed into the paperboard. Even if the moisture in the adhesive or the solvent in the adhesive evaporates, the pressure of the gas will not cause the aluminum foil to lift up from the paperboard and peel off, nor will the appearance become unsightly, making it extremely effective in practical terms. do.
