この考案は多層アルミニウム箔材に係わるもの

一般家庭又は飲食店の調理現場などにおいて
は、調理中、油の飛沫などによつて調理場所付近
が汚れる。これの対策として、汚れの起り易い箇
所にアルミニウム箔を貼着し、汚れが或る程度進
むときは、その汚れた箔を取り去り、新しい箔と
張りかえることが通常行なわれている。しかし張
りつめた箔をきれいに剥がし、新しい箔を張りつ
けることは、手数のかかる煩雑な作業である。本
考案はかゝる作業を簡素化し得る多層アルミニウ

第１図は本考案多層アルミニウム箔材の一例の
縦断面拡大図であり、１，１′及び１″はアルミニ
ウム箔、２，２′及び２″は接着剤層、３は剥離紙
である。第１図にはアルミニウム箔を３層積層し
たものが示されているが、アルミニウム箔の層は
複数層、即ち２層でも又は３層以上でもよい。こ
の多層アルミニウム箔材を使用するには、これを
所望の寸法に裁断し、剥離紙３を剥がし、接着剤
層２″の面を所望箇所に押し当て接着させればよ
い。かくして使用時間がある程度経過し、アルミ
ニウム箔１の上面が汚れるときはこの１の面を剥
ぎとる。そうすれば新しいアルミニウム箔１′の
面が現われるので、従来のように新しい箔を張り
かえる手数が省ける。このようにして本考案のア
ルミニウム箔材を用いるときは、これを構成する
アルミニウム箔の層の数だけ、上から単なる剥離
で、新しい箔を都度張り替える必要なく、同じ目

着剤、或いは合成樹脂に溶剤を加えた接着剤のよ
うな非水溶性接着剤が用いられる。これら接着剤
はその有効成分を溶かしている溶媒の量を多く
し、即ち薄い濃度の接着剤溶液で均一に且つ薄く

は、上述のように各接着剤層における使用接着剤
の種類或いは塗布方法を選択するほか、接着剤の
塗布態様を変えることによつても行なうことがで

させてもよく、その他水玉模様のように未塗布部
