During cooking in households or restaurants, the vicinity of the cooking area becomes dirty due to oil splashes. As a countermeasure against this, it is common practice to attach aluminum foil to areas where dirt is likely to occur, and when the dirt has progressed to a certain extent, remove the dirty foil and replace it with new foil. However, peeling off the taut foil and applying new foil is a time-consuming and complicated task. The object of the present invention is to provide a multilayer aluminum foil material that can simplify such work.

FIG. 1 is an enlarged vertical cross-sectional view of an example of the multilayer aluminum foil material of the present invention, where 1, 1' and 1'' are aluminum foils, 2, 2' and 2'' are adhesive layers, and 3 is a release paper. Although FIG. 1 shows a laminate of three layers of aluminum foil, the number of layers of aluminum foil may be multiple, that is, two or three or more layers. To use this multilayer aluminum foil material, just cut it to the desired size, peel off the release paper 3, and press the surface of the adhesive layer 2'' to the desired location to adhere it. When the top surface of the aluminum foil 1 becomes dirty over time, peel it off. This will reveal the new surface of the aluminum foil 1', which saves you the trouble of applying new foil as in the past. When using the aluminum foil material of the present invention, the same objective can be achieved by simply peeling off as many layers of aluminum foil as there are from above, without having to replace the foil with new foil each time.

In order to facilitate the peeling of the laminated aluminum foils, it is preferable to use materials for the adhesive layers 2, 2' that are easily peelable, in other words, have relatively low adhesive strength. Starch as an adhesive,
A tackifier consisting of a water-soluble glue such as dextrin, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose, or carboxymethyl starch, or a synthetic resin such as an acrylic resin copolymer, an elastomer such as natural rubber, and rosin, ester gum, etc. In addition, a water-insoluble adhesive such as an adhesive prepared by adding a softener, a filler, etc., or an adhesive prepared by adding a solvent to a synthetic resin is used. These adhesives are preferably coated uniformly and thinly by increasing the amount of solvent in which their active ingredients are dissolved, that is, by applying a thinly concentrated adhesive solution.

In addition, when there are three adhesive layers, namely 2, 2' and 2'' as shown in Fig. 1, and the adhesive strength of each layer is a, b, c, the adhesive strength is sequentially a<b.
Select the type of adhesive and application method so that <c. In this case, it is possible to eliminate the inconvenience of peeling off the aluminum foil on the lower surface first when peeling off the aluminum foil on the upper surface. As a method for gradually decreasing the adhesive force between each adhesive layer toward the upper surface, in addition to selecting the type or application method of the adhesive used in each adhesive layer as described above, This can also be done by changing the application mode.

Figures 2 and 3 are explanatory diagrams (corresponding to plan views) illustrating the adhesive application state of the multilayer aluminum foil material of the present invention, and the parts 4 and 5 surrounded by dotted lines are not coated with adhesive. Leave it as a part. In this way, it is possible to make it easier to peel off as a whole, but it is also possible to make the upper layer of the aluminum foil easier to peel off by increasing the area of this adhesive-unapplied portion in the upper adhesive layer. Second
The one shown in the figure is a long aluminum foil material with adhesive-unapplied parts in the longitudinal direction, and the one shown in Figure 3 has adhesive-unapplied parts in the width direction. . However, other than that, the adhesive-unapplied parts may be formed diagonally or in a vertical and horizontal lattice pattern, or the unapplied parts may be scattered like a polka dot pattern.

The aluminum foil used in the present invention includes aluminum alloy foil. Further, the aluminum foil may be embossed, and each layer of aluminum foil may be embossed with a different pattern, or each layer of aluminum foil may have different letters, patterns, images, etc. in a single color or When preprinted with multiple colors, when the upper layer of aluminum foil is successively peeled off, different characters, patterns, and images appear, which is pleasing to the user's eyes.

The aluminum foil material of the present invention is used by pasting it on easily dirty areas such as kitchens in homes and restaurants as mentioned above, but it is also used in areas such as around the burners of gas ranges, where it is recessed in a dish-like manner toward the center. The burner part uses a press-molded product with large holes (i.e., a stove mat). The aluminum foil material of the present invention can also be press-molded and used for such parts. It is also suitable for use on the inner surface of electric lampshades and other places used for reflective purposes.
