該凸部10の内径側をドラム1の肩部9に外接さ
せ、該凸部10とドラム1に溶接7を施してドラ
ム1とスポークプレート5を結合したことを特徴

し、湾曲面が僅かに曲がることにより衝撃を緩和
してボス4との結合部の応力を減少することがで
きる。
