Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a wall body structure excellent in heat insulating performance by insering and filling a heat insulating key spline in a space formed of a central key groove of a heat insulating clearance filling panel arranged between a stud and a central key groove of a heat insulating clearance filling material in the stud. CONSTITUTION: A clearance filling material 1b having a central key groove 2 and having shape self-holding performance and heat insulating performance is integrally connected between a pair of standard constitutive woods 1a facing to the inside and outside of a wall to form a basic column 1. This basic column 1 is arranged as a stud, and a clearance filling panel 3 having the same construction material as the clearance filling material 1b is arranged between opposed side surfaces of the stud. A central key groove 4 is also arranged in the clearance filling panel 3, and a key spline 5 having the same construction material as the clearance filling material 1b is inserted and filled in a space formed of the central key grooves 2, 4. A constitutive wood is arranged along a top surface of a wall body structure formed in this way to thereby reliably cut off an air flow on the inside and outside of the wall body structure.

In this two-by-four construction method, the component timbers are attached to the subfloor using tightening means such as nails and bolts along the contour of the wall, and the end of one of the component timbers is cut to a predetermined length from the bottom component timbers and used as a stud. Align and perpendicular to each other, arrange a plurality of them at a predetermined interval, and install the top component timbers along the other end of the stud in the same direction as the bottom component timbers so as to follow the outline of the wall to form a framework. A cloak-like flexible fibrous heat insulating material is attached by adhesive between adjacent studs between panels and inner wall panels.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional two-by-four frame wall construction method, the mat-like flexible fibrous insulation material attached with adhesive between the outer wall panel and the inner wall panel loses its weight over time. It will sink downward under the action of , creating a large gap above. Furthermore, since a small gap is created between the side studs, the insulation properties of the wall structure of the building are inevitably deteriorated.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve this object, the framed wall construction method of the present invention includes a pair of timbers made of standard construction timbers facing the outside and inside of the wall, and at least Of the basic pillars, the gap filler has a shape self-retaining and heat insulating gap filler with a central keyway extending vertically on one side end surface, and a means for integrally connecting the wood and the gap filler. A basic post with a central keyway on the side end faces on both sides is arranged perpendicularly as a stud at a predetermined interval to the constituent timber having a width equal to the thickness of the basic post, and the spacing between the studs is , and has a thickness equal to the thickness of the basic strut, and is provided with a central keyway extending longitudinally on both side end surfaces, and gap filler panels made of the same material as the gap filler are mutually connected. A key spline made of the same material as the gap filler is placed between opposing sides of adjacent studs, and inserted into the closed vertically extending space created between the opposing gap fillers and the central keyway of the gap filler panel. However, at the right-angled corners of the wall, a basic column with a center key groove provided only on the inner side end surface of the gap filler is installed as an end column, and the top surface of the closed wall structure constructed in this way is characterized in that it consists of installing structural timbers along which the width is equal to the thickness of the base strut.

(Function) According to the framed wall construction method of the present invention, the frame is assembled using basic supports in the same way as the conventional two-by-four construction method is assembled using standard component timber, and the insulation material between the studs is attached to the outer wall panel and inner wall panel. Rather than attaching a mat-like material with adhesive, a self-shape insulating gap filler panel is placed between the studs to fill the closed space created between the gap filler of the basic column and the center keyway of the gap filler panel. Press fit the key spline and install. This key spline crosses the interface between the studs and the gap panel, ensuring that air flow between the outside and inside of the wall structure is blocked, even if there is a gap at this interface. At the same time, it also acts as a wedge to firmly hold the gap filler panel between the studs.

Between adjacent studs, a heat insulating gap filling panel 3 made of the same material as the gap filling material of the basic struts, for example, made of expanded polystyrene, is arranged. The thickness of this gap filling panel 3 shall be the same as that of the basic struts, and the width approximately equal (slightly larger) to the spacing between the studs, and the length equal to the length (height) of the studs. Make it. Furthermore, a center keyway 4 similar to the center keyway in the gapfiller of the basic column is provided along the longitudinal center line on both side end faces of the gap filler panel. When the gap filler panel is placed between adjacent studs, a closed longitudinally extending space is created between the center keyway 2 of the gap filler 1b of the basic strut and the center keyway 4 of the gap filler panel 3; do. In addition, instead of attaching the insulation material between the studs by gluing a mat-like flexible insulation material (glass wool) to the exterior or interior wall panels as in the past, we have installed a self-retaining insulation material such as expanded polystyrene. By arranging the gap panel between the studs and press-fitting the key spline into the space created by the central keyway, it can be fixed easily and quickly, reducing the construction period.

Furthermore, since the gap-filling panel has shape self-retention properties, it does not sink like glass wool over time, and can reliably seal the boundary between the gap-filling panel and the studs. The presence of key splines across the interface between adjacent members acts as a labyrinth seal, improving thermal insulation properties.

[Claims] 1. A pair of standard construction timbers facing the outside and inside of the wall, and a central keyway arranged between these timbers and extending vertically on at least one side end surface. A basic support having a shape-self-retaining and heat-insulating gap filler, and a means for integrally connecting the wood and the gap filler, with a center key groove provided on both side end surfaces of the gap filler. of,
Arranged perpendicularly as studs at predetermined intervals to the constituent timbers having a width equal to the thickness of the basic struts, and having a width equal to the spacing between the studs and a thickness equal to the thickness of the basic struts. a central keyway extending in the longitudinal direction on both side end surfaces, and a gap filling panel made of the same material as the gap filling material is arranged between opposite side surfaces of mutually adjacent studs, so that the mutually opposing gap filling Insert a key spline made of the same material as the gap filler into the closed vertically extending space created between the center keyways of the material and the gap filler panel, and insert a key spline made of the same material as the gap filler into the right corner of the wall on the inside side of the gap filler. A basic support with a central keyway provided only on the end face is arranged as an end support, and a constituent timber having a width equal to the thickness of the basic support is installed along the top surface of the closed wall structure constructed in this way. A frame wall construction method consisting of installing. 2. Shape self-retention and heat insulation with a pair of standard construction timbers facing the outside and inside of the wall, and a central keyway extending vertically on at least one side end surface, placed between these timbers. A basic support having a solid filler and a means for connecting the wood and the filler together. 3. The basic support according to claim 2, wherein the connecting means includes an adhesive for bonding the standard structural wood and the gap filler. 4. The connecting means is configured to have a tightening means that engages both of the standard component timbers at at least three points separated from each other along the longitudinal center line of the pair of standard component timbers, and is thereby integrally constructed. Basic strut according to claim 2 or 3. 5. Pressure fit the side edge of a metal strip with a length equal to the length of the standard component wood between the pair of standard component pieces of wood into the center of the opposing standard component piece of wood; The basic strut according to any one of claims 2 to 4, further comprising a gap filler. 6. The basic strut according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the gap filler is foamed polystyrene. 7. It consists of a pair of wooden planks of the same shape facing the outside and inside of the wall, and a gap filler with self-shape and heat insulation properties installed between these planks, and has the same thickness as the basic support used for studs. A lintel having a horizontal length that engages a pair of opposing notches formed in an adjacent pair of studs.
