ズに関するものである。

の周囲を包み込む材接触部材3の内壁11も前者
に合わせた形状に設計されている。摺動を可能に
するためノーズ7外周と材接触部材3の内壁11
との間にはある程度のすきまδが必要であるが、
すきまδを多くとりすぎるとその分がガタ量とし
て増し、打込み時のねらいが不正確になつたりす
るため好ましくない。従つて、すきまδは、通常
δ=0.5〜1mm程度とするのが適当である。

点を結ぶ外接円と材接触部材3の内壁との間のす
きまδは、従来例と同程度にしている。このため
材接触部材3のガタ量は適正に押さえられている
と同時に、材接触部材3の内壁11が接触する部
分は、凸部12の頂上付近のみであり、凸部12
と凸部12の間には十分なすきま空間13が形成
されている。従つて、材接触部材3の内壁11と
の接触摺動面積が小さい上に、剥離片、ゴミ、粉
