Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the mounting process of a magnetic core on a core holder by forming the core holder with resin, and providing a groove part to perform the positioning of the magnetic core by press fitting. Furthermore, four projections 2 formed in semicylindrical shape are provided on the wall on one side of the groove part 16, and the width from the projections 2 to the wall on the side opposite to the groove part 16 is narrowed than that of the magnetic cores 12 and 13. When the press fitting is performed from the bottom plane parts of the magnetic cores 12 and 13 to the groove part 16, press-fitted magnetic cores 12 and 13 are pressed by the projections 2. る。第3図は、従来の磁気ヘッドの組み立て図である。

樹脂接着する為、樹脂硬化までの開力が加われば磁気コ
アが溝に沿った方向もしくは突起の幅方向に動くことが
あり、さらに硬化後も外部の力により位置がずれること
もあり磁気コアの位置の安定性に欠けていた。

。又樹脂成型品である為圧入後の形状を容易に作成する
ことができる。

治翼を使った作業や樹脂による固定作業等の必要がな(
