(Purpose of the invention) An electric sprayer used for gardening etc. consists of a chemical tank and a drive unit. The chemical liquid in the tank is sucked up by a pump on the drive unit side and sent to a nozzle, where it is sprayed onto trees, etc. I'm starting to do that. There are various kinds of medicinal liquids, and the user generally dilutes the desired medicinal substance in water to prepare it.
Users are not accustomed to compounding chemical solutions, and it is easier to obtain a prescribed concentration of drug solution by diluting and mixing as much as possible, so users tend to mix an excessive amount of drug solution rather than the amount sprayed at one time. For this reason, there is often a surplus of chemical solution in the chemical tank after a predetermined amount has been sprayed onto trees or the like. Especially in the case of ordinary households, it is common for the amount of spraying on plants and vegetable gardens in the garden to be quite small at a time, resulting in a large amount of leftover chemical solution in the chemical solution tank, and the need to throw away the excess chemical solution in vain. Or, excess chemicals are often sprayed on trees, etc. in excessive amounts. In addition, this type of chemical tank is generally made of a material with relatively low hardness, such as synthetic resin, so if it is placed on the ground during use, the ground surface is likely to be damaged, which may cause water leakage due to holes. . Furthermore, this type of drug solution is
Generally, a very small amount of a drug is diluted in water and then prepared, so it is easier to obtain the desired concentration by diluting a large amount at once. There is an advantage in that the chemical solution can be sprayed more easily if the tank containing the desired chemical solution is attached to the drive part of the electric sprayer and used when necessary.

(Summary of the invention) Therefore, the present invention was devised by taking the above points into consideration. This forms the attachment part of the lid that is attached to the tank, and by doing so, the chemical tank can also be used as a storage tank for the chemical liquid, and when the electric sprayer is not in use, the lid can be attached to the receiving part of the chemical liquid tank. The chemical liquid is stored in the chemical liquid tank by attaching it to the mouth, and when in use, the lid body is removed from the socket, the chemical liquid tank is attached to the drive part of the electric sprayer, and the lid body is attached to the bottom of the chemical liquid tank to store the chemical liquid. It was designed to be used as a cradle for a tank.

In FIGS. 1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical chemical liquid tank made of synthetic resin, and has a chemical liquid replenishing port 3 with a socket 2 protruding from the upper part thereof. Reference numeral 4 denotes a lid body that is detachably attached to the socket 2, and is screwed onto the socket 2 when storing and storing the chemical solution in the chemical solution tank 1. The main lid body 4 will be described later. It also serves as a pedestal for the chemical solution tank 1, and its upper surface 4a is a flat surface so that it can be firmly grounded on the ground. Reference numeral 5 designates a water-stop packing attached to the inner surface of the lid 4, and 6 designates a mounting portion of the lid 4 formed at the bottom of the chemical tank 1.

In the above configuration, when spraying a chemical solution, as shown in FIG. The suction hose 81 is inserted to detachably attach the chemical tank 1 to the drive unit 8. Then, hold the grip part 82 on the drive part 8 side,
The user operates the "Sure" button 83 to jettish the chemical solution from the nozzle 84 and spray it on trees and the like. When the spraying of the chemical solution is completed, the lid body 4 is removed from the mounting plate 6, the chemical liquid tank 1 is separated from the drive unit 8, and the lid body 4 is attached to the socket 2. In this way, the remaining chemical solution in the chemical solution tank 1 can be stored without being wasted. In addition, if the lid 4 is attached to the bottom of the chemical tank 1 during use, it will also act as a cradle for the chemical tank 1 and protect the bottom of the chemical tank 1 when placed on the ground. It is possible to prevent water from leaking due to holes in the bottom surface of the lid 4 being damaged, and it is also possible to prevent the lid 4 from being lost during use. In addition, if a plurality of such chemical liquid tanks 1 are prepared, a large amount of chemical liquid can be diluted and prepared in a large capacity tank and stored separately in the chemical liquid tanks 1, and when necessary, the chemical liquid tank 1 containing the desired chemical liquid can be used. By attaching it to the drive unit 8, it is possible to easily spray the chemical solution. In other words, this type of drug solution is generally prepared by diluting the drug several hundred times or more, in some cases up to about 1000 to 5000 times.
If this type of drug solution is used in a relatively small-capacity tank for portability, even a slight error in measuring the drug will cause the concentration of the drug to go drastically wrong. If a large amount is diluted at once, the drug solution will have a predetermined concentration and can be precisely formulated.

Reference numeral 18 denotes a concentrated storage part for the chemical liquid formed by partially protruding the center of the bottom surface of the chemical liquid tank 11, and by centrally storing the chemical liquid that is little left in the chemical liquid tank 1 during spraying of the chemical liquid in the storage part 18. , it is possible to suck up all the chemical liquid without leaving any residue.

This chemical liquid tank 11 is also used in the same manner as the chemical liquid tank 1 described above and has the same effect, but when the lid body 14 is attached to the socket 12 and the chemical liquid is stored, Since the storage portion 18 is protruded, it is unstable to keep the chemical solution tank 18 upright, so it is stored horizontally as shown in FIG. A protrusion 17 protruding from the surface acts as a rolling stopper to prevent the chemical tank 11 from rolling unnecessarily.

As explained above, in the present invention, the attachment part of the lid body 4 is attached to the bottom of the chemical liquid tank 1 which is detachably attached to the drive part 8 of the electric sprayer 7, and the attachment part of the lid body 4 is detachably attached to the socket 2 of the chemical liquid tank. 6, the chemical solution tank 1 can also be used as a storage tank, and when in use, the lid body 4 is attached to the bottom of the chemical solution tank 1 and used as a cradle for the chemical solution tank 1. 1 can be prevented from being damaged, and by having multiple chemical liquid tanks 1 in stock, the chemical liquid can be diluted strictly in the large capacity tank and stored separately in each chemical liquid tank 1. When necessary, the chemical solution tank 1 can be attached to the drive unit 8 and the chemical solution can be easily sprayed, which has various effects.
