The bottle 1 is for storing a coating liquid, and since the body 2 of the bottle is used for coating, it is formed in a size that is easy to hold. Reference numeral 3 denotes the mouth and neck part, and a screw for screwing the cap is attached to the outer surface of the mouth and neck part.

The suction member 4 has a pipe portion 6 filled with a moisture-absorbing member 5 such as a sponge, and a fitting cylinder portion 7 is attached to the outer periphery of the upper end of the pipe portion. When the pipe part is put into the bottle and the fitting cylinder part 7 is fitted into the inner surface of the mouth and neck of the bottle in a watertight manner,
The lower end of the pipe portion 6 is provided so as to be close to the inner surface of the bottle bottom wall 1a. As shown in the figure, a notch 8 may be provided at the lower end of the pipe so that the liquid in the bottle is absorbed by the moisture absorbing member 5 from the lower end surface or the surface exposed to the notch. The pipe part 6 and the fitting cylinder part 7 are connected by a plate part 9, so that even if the bottle is turned upside down when the fitting cylinder part is fitted, the liquid inside the bottle will not leak from between the pipe part and the fitting cylinder part. Make sure it doesn't leak. Further, the fitting cylinder portion is fitted to the neck of the bottle in a watertight manner.

The upper end of the moisture absorbing member 5 is made to protrude from the upper end of the pipe portion by an appropriate length, and as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper end surface of the moisture absorbing member is used as a rubbing surface for liquid application. However, it is also possible to use the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, which shows an example in which the rubbing member 10 is provided with its back surface in contact with the upper end surface of the moisture absorbing member. The rubbing member is
A fitting circumferential wall 12 with a first engagement protrusion attached from the periphery of the spherical top wall portion 11 to the outer periphery of the lower end is vertically provided, and the fitting circumferential wall 12 extends upward from the upper end of the fitting cylinder portion 7. A second engagement protrusion is fitted into the protruding engagement cylinder part 7a so as to be vertically movable, and the first engagement protrusion at the lower end of the fitting peripheral wall 12 is provided around the inner edge of the upper end of the engagement cylinder part 7a. This prevents the rubbing member from being pulled out. An inner cylinder 13 is suspended from the back surface of the spherical top wall with an appropriate gap between it and the fitting peripheral wall 12, and the upper part is inserted into the gap, and the lower surface is connected to the pipe part and the fitting cylinder part. A compression coil spring 14 is mounted in pressure contact with the plate-shaped portion between the two. A groove 15 is provided on the surface of the spherical top wall, and a suitable number of small holes 16 for liquid outflow are bored in the groove.

In the above structure, when the coating liquid is put in the bottle and the suction member 4 is attached, the moisture absorbing member 5 absorbs water from the lower end of the pipe and from the notch 8.
contains water. When the container is turned upside down as shown in FIG. 2, the lower end of the pipe is exposed above the surface of the liquid inside the bottle. If the rubbing surface is applied to the affected area in this state, the amount of liquid applied will not exceed a certain amount and cannot be applied beyond the limit because the moisture absorbing member and the liquid in the bottle are not in communication. When the container is returned to its upright position after the coating is completed, the lower end of the pipe enters the liquid again, and the moisture absorbing member absorbs the liquid equivalent to the coating amount, preparing for the next coating.

The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, in which the pipe part 6 is vertically extended from the fitting cylinder part 7 fitted to the neck of the bottle, with the lower end of the pipe being close to the inner surface of the bottom wall of the bottle,
The inside of the bottle is filled with a moisture-absorbing member 5 such as a sponge, and the upper end surface of the member or the surface of the rubbing member provided with the back surface in contact with the upper end surface is used as the rubbing surface for liquid application. The liquid passes through the entire length of the moisture absorbing member from the lower end of the pipe and is applied on the rubbing surface. Therefore, when the container is turned upside down, the lower end of the pipe is exposed above the liquid surface and the moisture absorbing member is exposed as described above. The liquid supply to the moisture absorption member is cut off, and only the liquid that has already been sucked into the moisture absorbing member is applied, making it impossible to continue applying as in the past. No need to waste coating liquid. Conventionally, when the container is turned upside down, the liquid within the bottle moves toward the mouth of the bottle, passes through a portion of the moisture absorption member fitted to the mouth of the bottle, and oozes out onto the rubbing surface. Since the length of the moisture-absorbing material section through which the liquid passes was extremely short, the liquid easily seeped out, resulting in an excessive amount of applied liquid. Even when the bottle is turned upside down, the liquid that has moved to the mouth side of the bottle passes only through the upper end of the moisture absorbing member and does not seep out onto the rubbing surface, and only the liquid that has been sucked into the moisture absorbing member in advance remains. Since the liquid is oozed out and applied, it is easy to maintain an appropriate amount of applied liquid. Furthermore, since the liquid can be replenished to the moisture absorption member by holding the container upright, and the liquid supply can be cut off by holding the container upside down, the operations for replenishing and shutting off the supply are extremely easy. Excessive coating can be prevented and the coating liquid can be used effectively.
