Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the attachment of a separating wall and improve the sealing between the extension of the separator wall retaining plate and the cabinet side wall by attaching the separating wall retaining plate, which has the extension on its cabinet side wall side to be embedded in the heat insulating material, to the rear surface of the rear flange, and inserting a resilient member between the extension and the side wall. CONSTITUTION:The separating wall 6 is fixedly attached to the inner housing 2. The separating wall retaining plate 33 has screw holes 34 in one end of its connecting connecting part 43, an attaching part 35 which abuts on the outer surface of the inner housing and an extension 36 at the rear of the other end to be embedded in the heat insulating material 12. An engagement member 38 is fastened to the rear flange 28 in the lengthwise direction, and an engagement part 37 is fitted to the rim of a through-hole 30. The separating wall retaining plate 33 is held in place by the engagement of the engagement member 38 with the rear flange 28, and is inhibited its movement by the engagement of the engagement part 37 with the through-hole 30. By setting a resilient member 47 in the space 44 between the extension 36 and the side wall 1a of the cabinet 1, the separating wall retaining plate 33 is prevented from falling and held in place, eliminating the need for welding or fastening by screws.

(b) Conventional technology In conventional refrigerators of this type, for example, the partition walls that partition the interior of the refrigerator are
It was fixed with screws or the like to a partition wall retaining plate that was fixed by welding or the like to the insulation material side of the opening edge of the outer box. However, in recent years, from the perspective of improving productivity, the material for the outer box has come to be made of pre-painted steel plate and bent. cannot be fixed to the outer box by welding,
This is because it will damage the paint.

In order to solve this problem, for example,
In Publication No. 1, a configuration is adopted in which through-holes are formed in the front flange and the rear flange, which constitute grooves in the opening edge of the outer box, and the engaging pieces of the partition wall stopper are engaged therewith. According to this, welding is no longer necessary for fixing to the outer box,
Even if the outer box is made of painted steel plate as mentioned above,
Can be used effectively.

(c) Problems to be solved by the invention According to such a configuration, fixing by welding is not necessary, but since fixing is done by engagement, it is difficult to attach the partition wall due to dimensional errors between the rear flange and the partition wall retaining plate. If the extension part is tilted toward the outer box, the fixing part will be separated from the inner box, making it difficult to tighten the screws. In addition, leakage of the insulation material from the through holes in the rear flange was also a problem.

(d) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a front flange and a rear flange that are formed at the opening edge of the outer box so as to form a groove that opens in the direction of the opening, and a front flange and a rear flange that are assembled into the outer box and are attached to the opening edge. The outer box and the inner box include an inner box in which an outward flange is engaged in the groove, a partition wall that partitions an opening of the inner box, and a partition wall stopper provided at the edge of the opening of the outer box corresponding to the partition wall. In a refrigerator or the like in which a foam insulation material is filled in between, the partition wall stopper plate has an extension part embedded in the insulation material on the side wall side of the outer box, and is engaged with the extension part from the back surface of the rear flange. The elastic material is press-fitted between the extension part and the side wall.

(Main) Function According to the present invention, the distance between the extending portion of the partition wall retaining plate and the side wall of the outer box is maintained by the elastic material, so that there is no difficulty in fixing the partition wall due to collapse. The elastic material also provides a seal between the extension and the side wall of the outer box.

Next, we will explain how to fix the partition wall stop plate (33) to the outer box (1>).First, we will explain the connection part (43) of the partition wall stop plate (33).
The engagement pieces (37), (37) extend to the extension part (36) on the side surface on which they rise, and a sealing material (45) such as putty or heat-melting sealant is pasted thereon. (37) , (
37) is made to stand up from this sealing material (45). Next, from the rear of the rear flange (28), insert the engaging pieces (37), (37) of the partition wall stopper plate (33) through the holes (30), (
30) respectively. At this time, the engaging piece (38),
(3B) is located within the notch (31), <31), and the extending portion (36>) is located within the side wall (1a) of the outer box (1).
) is located slightly inward from the rear flange (28) to form a gap (44).
, and engage the engaging pieces (3B) and (38) with the end edge of the rear flange (28). At this time, the engaging portions (37>, <37) are through holes (30), (30)
At the same time, the locking protrusion (39) engages with the small hole (32) by its elastic restoring force. In addition, sealing material (4
5) is interposed between the partition wall retaining plate (33) and the rear flange (28) to seal the holes and through holes (30), (30> formed by cutting and raising the engaging pieces (37), (37). This state is shown in FIG.

As described above, the partition wall stopping plate (33) has the engaging pieces (38),
<38) can be held by engaging with the rear flange (28), and the engaging piece (37) and <37> are connected to the through hole (30).

Therefore, an elastic material (47) is interposed in the gap (44) between the extension part (36) and the side wall (1a) of the outer box (1). Elastic material (
47) is made by molding vK foam polyurethane or foam polyethylene into a rectangular shape, and its length is the same as that of the partition wall stopper (
33), and the thickness is equal to or longer than the interval (
44) with a thickness equal to or greater than that of 44). This prevents the partition wall retaining plate (33) from falling down and holds it in place, and at this time no welding or screwing is required, so the screws are not exposed to the front. In addition, by arranging the engaging pieces (37>, (37) to be located closer to the exit side of the groove (27) than the high temperature refrigerant pipe (21), the high temperature refrigerant pipe (21) is connected to the groove during the work process. The partition front plate stopper (41) is bent into a substantially V-shape, and the other end is located at the front opening of the outer box (1), and the partition front plate (22) is later engaged with this other end. It can be fixed by suitable means such as bonding or screwing. After that, both the inner and outer boxes (2

The stock solution of step 12) leaks into the recess (40a) from the through hole (30), but since the elastic material (47) is press-fitted, it passes through the gap (44) and leaks into the through hole (30). Kara groove (27)
This prevents the leakage of the raw solution towards the tank, making this part completely sealed. On the other hand, since the extension part (36) of the partition wall stop plate (33) is buried in the heat insulating material (12), various acting forces later applied to the partition wall stop plate (33) (for example, Sufficient strength can be maintained against the impact force applied from the door (not shown).

(G) Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, screwing or welding work is not required when attaching the partition wall clay plate to the outer box, and no problem occurs even when the outer box is formed from a pre-painted steel plate. Furthermore, since the elastic material prevents the partition wall stopper from rotating, the work of fixing the partition wall is facilitated, and leakage of the heat insulating material can also be prevented.

1. A front flange and a rear flange formed at the opening edge of the outer box to form a groove that opens in the direction of the opening, and an outward flange of the opening edge that is incorporated into the outer box and is engaged in the groove. The method includes an inner box, a partition wall that partitions the inner box opening, and a partition wall stopper provided at the edge of the outer box opening corresponding to the partition wall, and a foam heat insulating material is provided between the outer box and the inner box. In the case where the partition wall stopper is filled, the partition wall stopping plate has an extension part embedded in the heat insulating material on the side wall side of the outer box, and is attached to the rear flange from the back surface thereof by engaging therewith, A box body for a refrigerator, etc., characterized in that an elastic material is press-fitted between the extension part and the side wall.
