部を形成し、この切欠部を塞ぐ大きさの熱絶縁材
製の補強板を前記冷却箱体と共に前記冷凍室前枠
に固定し、以て冷却箱体を冷凍室前枠に固定する
折に係留状態となし得ると共に、冷却器から冷凍
室前枠への熱伝達を減少し得る様にしたところに
特徴を有する。

室7とする内箱で、外箱1内下部に配設されてお
り、又、8は断熱材で、外箱1と、冷却箱体4及
び冷凍室前枠3並びに内箱6との間に充填されて
いる。尚、5aは冷凍室扉である。ここで上記冷
凍室前枠3及び冷却箱体4の具体的構成につき述
べると共に、両者の連結構造につき述べる。即
ち、第2図において冷凍室前枠3はプラスチツク
等の熱絶縁材から形成されていて、その後端部3
a外周部には略字状をなす鍔部9が形成されて
おり、該鍔部9と該冷凍室前枠3後端部3aとで
嵌合凹部10が形成されている。該嵌合凹部10
の特に上部分はその内幅を他の部分より大とされ
ていて、該上部分には後端部3a外面から立上が
るリブ11が形成されている。又、該冷凍室前枠
3の左、右側部における後端部3a外面には係合
部たる爪部12が二個宛形成されている。一方、
該第2図において、冷却箱体4について述べる
に、該冷却箱体4は、その底面部をなす第1の冷
却器13と左右側面部をなすプラスチツク製の
左、右側板14,15と、上面部及び背面部をな
す第2の冷却器16と、この第2の冷却器16の
後側下端部及び第1の冷却器13の後端部間を連
結するプラスチツク製の樋部材17とを連結して
構成されている。上記第1の冷却器13は平板状
をなす冷却シート18に蒸発管19を配設して成
り、又、上記第2の冷却器16は、後方へ順次下
降傾斜する天井部20a及びこの天井部20aか
ら垂下する背板部20bを有する冷却シート20
に蒸発管21を配設して成る。ここで第2の冷却
器16は第1の冷却器13よりも例えば5℃以上
低い冷却温度を呈す様に設定されていて、第2の
冷却器16に着霜を集中させる様になつている。
そしてこの冷却箱体4の開口端部には外方に突出
する鍔部を形成しており、又、該冷却箱体4の開
口縁部例えば左右側板14,15の端部には夫々
被係合部たる孔部22を二個宛形成している。さ
らに上記第2の冷却器16における冷却シート1
8端部つまり冷却箱体4の開口縁部上部にはその
横幅略一杯にわたる切欠部23を形成している。
24はプラスチツク等の熱絶縁材から成る補強板
で、これは断面字状をなして上記切欠部23を

なくし得る。ここで、切欠部23を形成したので
第2の冷却器16端部が強度的に弱くなることが
懸念されるも、本実施例では補強板24によりそ
の部分の強度をかえつて高め得る。しかもこの補
強板24を冷却箱体4と共に冷凍室前枠3に固定
するので、冷却箱体4の固定と該補強板24の固
定とを同時に行ない得、これによつて組立工数の
増加も防止し得、総じて組立性の向上を図り得
る。さらにはこの補強板24によつて切欠部23
を塞ぐので、断熱材7が冷凍室5側へ漏出する虞
れも全くない。
