[Prior Art] Use Used medical needles and tubes are discarded to prevent blood infections such as AIDS and hepatitis. Conventionally, used medical tubes with needles were collected and discarded with the medical needle still attached. Therefore, when disposing of the medical needle, there is a risk of accidentally pricking a finger or the like with the medical needle, and since the medical needle and the medical tube are made of different materials, disposal is troublesome.

According to the second invention of the present invention, the used medical tube with a needle is crushed and granulated. As a pre-treatment, the material is frozen to below its embrittlement point to make it brittle, so in any case, there is no risk of accidentally pricking a finger or finger with a medical needle when disposing of it, and it also This eliminates the trouble of disposing of needles and medical tubes because they are made of different materials, and allows medical needles and medical tubes to be disposed of separately.
