Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain odorless air and enable a long-lasting effect of a gel-type deodorant by bringing air having a bad or an offensive smell into contact with water by a blast means to make same a high-humidity air and bringing the high-humidity air into contact with the gel type deodorant. CONSTITUTION:Air having a bad or an offensive smell inside/outside a room is forcedly brought into contact with the surface of water in a container or the surface of a porous water absorbing material of a sponge, etc., impregnated with water, by a blasting means of a fan, etc., so as to continue an always uniform long-lasting deodorizing effect irrespective of an installing place or temperature change in seasons. Thereby, air with a relative humidity(RH) of 90% is obtained and brought into contact with the surface of a gel-type deodorant, to efficiently change such air having bad or an offensive smell into odorless air. Since the surface of the gel-type deodorant is always brought into contact with a high-humidity air of 90-% RH or above, the water evaporating quantity of the gel-type deodorant can be suppressed to below approx. 1/3 one which is brought into contact with air with an ordinary humidity of 65-% RH. Since the water dispersing quantity out of the gel-type deodorant surface is adjusted while enabling the surface area thereof to be kept constant for a long time, a long-lasting effect above 30-days can be obtained as compared with the conventional device of the same type.

Traditionally, the components of bad smells and foul-smelling air not only in daily living environments but also indoors and outdoors in hospitals, bed shops, etc. include nitrogen compounds such as ammonia amines, sulfur compounds such as hydrogen sulfide and methyl butane, etc. As a measure to deodorize and eliminate odors, use a sprayer containing various types of flower incense and other aromatic agents to eliminate these unpleasant odors indoors and outdoors.

In order to prevent the smell from coming into the air, use the masking effect of air fresheners, or place a gel-like deodorant or fragrance near the source of the bad odor or odor, and the natural flow of air will reduce the deodorizing effect. It has an aromatic effect, and in order to actively promote these effects, this gel deodorant or aromatic agent is filled into a device equipped with a fan, and the fan forcibly releases it. Current methods of deodorization and deodorization by boat are aimed at improving the neutralizing effect of bad odors and foreign odors by bringing them into contact with deodorants or fragrances.

However, in the case of the latter gel-like deodorizers or fragrances used in such deodorization and odor-free measures, the ingredients of these gel-like substances usually consist of about 70% water, so it is difficult to eliminate foul odors and odor from the air. If you come into contact with a gel deodorant that is forcibly applied by a fan, the water will evaporate at a much higher rate than the deodorant, so the gel deodorant will shrink significantly and its contact area will be much larger. In addition, if moisture evaporates rapidly due to temperature changes in the installation location or season, the surface of the gel deodorant will become keratinized and harden, causing the deodorant to lose its function from the surface. In such cases, the deodorizing effect can only be maintained for about 10 to 20 days, which is less than half of the normal amount.

The present invention was created in view of the current situation, and the present invention is designed to maintain a uniform deodorizing effect for a long period of time regardless of the installation location or seasonal temperature changes. By forcibly contacting the water surface or the surface of a porous gaseous body such as a cavernous body impregnated with water with foul odor or foreign odor air using a blowing means such as a fan, the air is heated to a relative humidity (hereinafter referred to as rRHJ) After reaching 90% or more, this is brought into contact with the surface of the gel-like deodorant to convert the malodorous and foreign-smelling air into odorless air at a high rate.

According to the present invention, which has a structure such as a constriction, the surface of the gel deodorant is always in contact with high humidity air of 901 RH or more.
The amount of water evaporation in the gel deodorant is suppressed to about Z or less compared to those that are brought into contact with air at a normal humidity of 654 RH, so the amount of water scattered from the surface of the gel deodorant is controlled. Since the surface area is maintained constant for a long period of time, it exhibits a long-lasting effect for 30 days or more compared to conventional similar devices.

In addition, bad odors generated from toilets, garbage, etc. are in the form of alkyl groups (ami is an alkyl group), and the surface of the gel deodorant has a lot of moisture, which improves the contact between the bad odor and the surface of the deodorizer, and deodorizes. A synergistic effect is achieved between the fast-acting effect and the long-lasting effect. [Example] Test examples according to the present invention are as follows. is forcibly brought into contact with water in a container or a water-absorbing substance impregnated with water to achieve a humidity of 90 RH or more, and then brought into contact with a gel deodorant to change the weight of the gel deodorant. and examined its deodorizing effect. As a comparison, when the air in the toilet of the conventional method was brought into contact with the gel deodorizer, it was found that the present invention exerted its deodorizing effect within 1 to 2 minutes immediately after defecation, whereas the conventional method showed its deodorizing effect within 1 to 2 minutes immediately after defecation.
The deodorizing effect is seen after 5 minutes, and the weight change of the gel deodorant in this state is shown in Figure 1.The time it takes for the weight of the deodorant of the present invention to be halved is approximately 50% compared to the conventional method. It has been improved to be more than twice as effective in deodorizing.

Test example 2 1,000 ml of ammonia was added to a space having a volume of 1 rri.
After setting the atmospheric concentration to 0 ppm, the present invention was carried out and the ammonia concentration in the space was measured over time. For comparison, measurements were carried out over time using the same conventional method as in Test Example 1 and a blank state in which neither method was used. Note that the measurements were performed using a north type detector.

Unit: ppm [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, compared to the two test examples described above, where the foul odor and foreign odor air from indoors and outdoors is brought into contact with the gel deodorant using a fan or the like, the air is forcibly brought into contact with the gel deodorant. After contacting water to create high-humidity air, this high-humidity air is brought into contact with a gel deodorant to deodorize it. It does not harden or harden, and has very remarkable effects such as being immediately effective and providing a fresh deodorizing effect for a long period of time.

After forcing indoor and outdoor foul-smelling and unusual-smelling air into contact with water using a blower to create high-humidity air, this high-humidity air is further brought into contact with a gel-like deodorizer or a deodorant containing an aromatic agent. This deodorizing method efficiently deodorizes the air with these bad odors and foreign odors, making the air odorless, and also enables the gel deodorant to exhibit a long-lasting effect.
