ものであった。[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to an improvement in a decorative sheet for exterior use, which is applied to the surface of aluminum sash and the like to give it a metallic luster appearance. (Prior Art) As buildings and fittings become more deluxe and diversified, there is an increasing demand for decorative metal sashes that have a metal-like appearance that gives a luxurious and solid impression, such as a stainless steel appearance. However, manufacturing the entire sash from stainless steel is not preferred because it is expensive, heavy, and difficult to construct. There are also limitations in processing technology, and it is possible to manufacture sashes with arbitrary cross-sectional shapes like aluminum sashes. Therefore, we are trying to solve this problem by pasting a decorative sheet for the exterior of conventional aluminum sash to give it a metallic luster. As such a decorative sheet, the applicant has created a heat-resistant film on a flexible film. proposed a method in which a layered film with metal vapor deposition was layered, and the surface was protected with a transparent film containing ultraviolet absorbing properties and excellent weather resistance (Japanese Patent Application No. 15394/1982). Decorative sheets mainly use polyester film as a heat-resistant film, but it has been experienced that these are sensitive to ultraviolet rays and discolor when exposed to sunlight. For example, polyethylene terephthalate film is used as a heat-resistant film. If a decorative sheet is used and the protective film is made of a plastic film that does not contain an ultraviolet absorber, the satsushi will turn yellow after being exposed to the outdoors for one to two years. [Problems to be solved by the invention] An object of the present invention is to provide a metallic decorative sheet for satsui exteriors that does not discolor in a short period of time even when exposed to sunlight and maintains its value as a decorative sheet. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention As shown in FIG. 1, the metallic decorative sheet for the exterior of satsushi of the invention has a flexible film (1), a heat-resistant film (2), a metal vapor deposition layer (3), and a transparent sheet with excellent weather resistance. It is made by laminating protective films (4) in order. As a flexible film, a semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride film is most suitable as it has excellent wrapping suitability, that is, the ability to bend along the contour of the sash. Polychloride The vinyl film is made of a polymer having a degree of polymerization of 650 to 3,000, preferably 800 to 2°OOO, and a thickness of 50 to 1
Use one in the 50μ range. Regarding the addition rate of plasticizer, one of 15 to 25 P HR is preferred. Use a heat-resistant film that will not be deformed or deteriorated by heat or tension during pre-adhesion, lamination, etc.
For example, films of polyester, polyetheretherketone, polycarbonate, cellulose triacetate or polyarylate can be used. Polyester film is optimal in terms of price and strength. Considering wrapping suitability, the thickness of the heat-resistant film is 12
The thickness should be about 38μ. Hairline processing on film,
By applying sandblasting, spin processing, etc., and placing a metal vapor deposition layer on top of that, you can create a product with an appearance other than a mirror surface. The metal deposited layers are A, l), Cr, Au, Cu, and Ni. By vacuum evaporating or sputtering Ti, etc., the film thickness is 1.
00 to 500 people. If better weather resistance is desired, use Cr, AL1, or Ti. Transparent protective films with excellent weather resistance include films made of acrylic resin, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl fluoride, polyvinylidene fluoride, ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, or polyvinylidene fluoride-acrylic coextrusion@figure. Are suitable. In particular, it is preferable to use an acrylic resin or a polyvinyl chloride film formed by a casting method. It is a recommended embodiment that these resins contain an ultraviolet absorber. As the ultraviolet absorber, salicylate ester type, hydroxybenzophenone type, benzoate type, benzotriazole type, etc. are suitable, and the amount added is adjusted depending on the type of absorber and usage conditions. - The thickness of the protective film is 12 to 100μ, especially 30 to 5μ
Approximately 0μ indicates high wrapping suitability. If desired, a printed layer can be provided on the surface of the transparent protective film, or the surface can be embossed. Lamination of each film may be performed according to known techniques such as thermal lamination using an adhesive or dry lamination. This decorative sheet can be easily attached to a metal sash by applying an adhesive to the surface of the flexible film and applying a release paper (1). In order to prevent scratches or stains on the surface when pasting to the sash or when constructing the sash, an easily peelable adhesive is added to the surface of the transparent protective film (4) as shown in Figure 2. Sheet (
5) may be laminated, and the easily peelable adhesive sheet (5) may be peeled off during or after construction. As the easily peelable adhesive sheet, those used for protecting the surfaces of metals, plastic ivy, etc. can be used. A preferred example of an easily peelable adhesive sheet has a thickness of 50
A flexible soft vinyl chloride resin film or polyethylene film of ~100 μm is coated with an acrylic adhesive with little adhesive residue. [Function] The metallic decorative sheet for satsui exterior of the present invention has the following properties:
The feature is that the metal vapor deposition layer is placed closer to the surface than the heat-resistant film. That is, the metal vapor-deposited layer has the effect of blocking ultraviolet rays, thereby suppressing discoloration of the heat-resistant film. Even if the heat-resistant film were to change color, the appearance of the decorative sheet would not be affected at all because it would be hidden by the metal vapor deposited layer. [Example] A polyester film "Lumirror" (manufactured by Toshi) with a thickness of 25 μm was used as a heat-resistant film, and C
A vaporized M layer with a thickness of 400 mm was provided by vacuum evaporation of . A 50μ thick transparent acrylic resin film [Acryprene HBSOO6J (manufactured by Mitsubishi Rayon (1)) was placed on the metal vapor deposition layer side as a protective film with excellent weather resistance, and a 100μ thick film was placed on the polyester film side as a flexible film. semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride (plasticizer: 23P)
)-(R, ffi degree: 1500) using adhesive "Takelac A315/Takenate A30".
Dry lamination was performed using J (manufactured by Takeda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.). An easily peelable adhesive sheet "Masking Graf T-555J (Mitsui Toatsu Chemicals!) is applied on the acrylic resin film.
(manufactured by Il) was attached. Finally, a hairline pattern was created using an embossing machine. The 1q satsushi exterior metallic decorative sheet as described above had a stainless steel-like color and a hairline pattern.

This eliminates the problem of discoloration of heat-resistant films, and provides a sash that can withstand long-term use. In constructing this decorative sheet, materials for the protective film and heat-resistant film can be selected from a wider range than in conventional products, and a wide variety of products can be made from inexpensive materials.
