Abstract

PURPOSE:To smoothly place contents into a bag, by supporting the bag at the bottom thereof by a supporter which is inserted from the opening of a package bottom while placed and by providing successively the bag with the space to receive contents by means of the lowering supporter. CONSTITUTION:A supporter 58 is inserted into a packing paper P from the opening P4 at the bottom thereof and a supporting body 59 is raised and lowered by a supporting leg 60. The contents T to be packed are placed in a bag 53 through the openings of a second and a third conveyors 2, 3 when the supporting body 59 is raised at the uppermost position. The contents are placed in turn and corresponding to the increased contents the supporting body 59 is lowered and returned outward from the opening P4 of the bottom of the packing paper P when the required volume of contents are placed into the bag 53. Lids P3 are simultaneously folded inward to become the bottom of the contents T. The packed contents are forwarded thereafter and sealed at the top and the bottom to complete the packing process.

In carrying out the above-mentioned packaging, the opening end of the bag is placed within the packaging paper so that the opening of the packaging paper and the opening of the bag inside the packaging paper are aligned. As a result, when an item to be packed is thrown into the upright packaging paper, it is accommodated in a bag inside the packaging paper.

<Problem to be solved by the invention> However, in the above-mentioned packaging method, since the bag body is not self-supporting, the shape of the bag may be distorted due to the force of the object being thrown into the packing paper, or the object may be damaged. In many cases, the packing paper could not withstand the weight of the packing paper and fell to the bottom of the packing paper, making it impossible to accommodate subsequent items to be packed.

Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention, however, includes: (1) a pre-process of assembling the side surfaces of a package to be formed into a box to make it self-supporting; and a step of enclosing a bag inside the package and opening the bag. A bag insertion process in which the end is hooked to the upper opening end of the packaging body, and a housing process in which the items to be packed are thrown into the bag from the upper opening of the packaging body are set, and the packaging process is performed while the above packaging process is being carried out. A packing method characterized in that the bottom of the bag is supported by inserting a support into the bottom opening of the bag. ■The support is used to hold the items to be packed until the amount that is expected to be accommodated in one package is reached. An object of the present invention is to provide a packing method characterized in that the container moves backward toward the bottom of the package as the amount of the container increases.

The transfer line (57) mainly consists of a first conveyor (1), and a second conveyor (2) and a third conveyor (3) arranged near the end point of the first conveyor (1). In other words, from the end point of the first conveyor (1) that transfers the items to be packed from another conveyor, there is a second conveyor (1) in the extending direction.
A conveyor (2) and a third conveyor (3) are arranged. 1st
As for the conveyor (1), it may be carried out using a belt conveyor, or it may be carried out using other stages such as a roller conveyor. The second conveyor and the third conveyor are configured to be slidable toward each other (in the X-X' force direction). Here, as an example, the following configuration is given.

Taking this into consideration, the second conveyor (2) and the third conveyor (3) are implemented using roller conveyors. This roller conveyor has multiple rollers (
r) is rotatably fixed to the plate-shaped body (4) (4). The rollers (r) are arranged so that their axial directions are parallel, forming a horizontal roller group along the transport direction. It is sufficient that a suitable one of the plurality of rollers (r) rotates by itself to supply the conveying force (of course, there is no need to configure the rollers (r) at the edges to rotate by themselves. isn't it). The rollers (r) are arranged at appropriate intervals (d) from each other. By using the roller conveyor in this manner, the hanging portion (r), which will be described later, can be set.

The explanation will be given by returning to FIG. 1(D) again. At this position, the support body (58) is pushed up from below by appropriate means. The support (58) has a bottom opening i (
It has a shape that allows it to enter inside the packaging paper (P) from the inside of the packaging paper (P). Here, it is composed of a cylindrical support body (59) and a rod-shaped support leg (6o) passing through the longitudinal center of the support body (59). Of course, the supporting body (59) is limited to a cylinder.
It is not intended that the shape be a square column, but it may be a prism or other shape. For example, there may be a plurality of portions that directly contact the bottom of the bag (53). A guide groove (61) is threaded on the surface of the support leg (60). On the other hand, inside the support body (59), a hollow part (62) for receiving the support leg (60) is provided, and a ball or protrusion (63) is provided at an appropriate position inside the hollow part (62). , the above guide * (61) is configured to be traced. As shown in FIG. 1(P), objects to be packed (T) are sequentially thrown in, and as the number of objects to be packed (T) thrown in increases, the support body (59) is lowered.
