Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the title article capable of freely giving diversified patterns in a simple way, thus improved in its decorative effect, by incorporating a hydrophilic decorative substance into the sugar-coating layer of gum, nuts, pills, etc., or applying on the surface of said layer. CONSTITUTION:For example, using a bubble gum as a core member, a decorative substance prepared by coating pattern pieces with thin film of a hydrophobic substance having moderate affinity for the bubble gum base is incorporated into, or applied on, the sugar coating layer or the surface of said layer, respectively, during the sugar-coating process, thus obtaining the objective patterned sugar-coated article (bubble gum).

The conventional method for producing a patterned sugar coating layer involves the process of applying a sugar coating layer mainly composed of D-sorbitol to the surface of a core material such as chewing gum, hard candy, or nuts, and then applying the sugar coating layer to the core in a moist state. Grain size 2 on the surface of the part
A method for producing patterned sugar-coated products (JP-A-Sho) consists of applying 0 to 100 mesh of D-sorbit powder and drying, and by repeating these three steps in the above order, a sugar coating layer is formed on the core member. 6l-)t93! ;0) or a sugar coating layer is formed on the surface of the core member, and the outermost layer of this sugar coating layer is a sugar coating layer with a concentration of 60 to 700 parts by weight of an aqueous sugar solution of 0% by weight, and 30 to 30 parts by weight of D-sorbit powder. In addition, conventional methods for producing patterned bubble gum include adding a decorative substance to a gum base, kneading and molding the mixture, applying a layer of pattern by printing on the outer surface (front and back sides) of bubble gum, and manufacturing the same after drying. After kneading the bubble gum in a conventional manner and extruding it with a molding machine, colored nuts are added so as to hang over the bubble gum, which is then fixed on the bubble gum through a rolling roll and cut into pieces to obtain patterned bubble gum.

The conventional method for manufacturing the patterned sugar coating layer described above is to create a subtle convex pattern on the surface of the sugar coating layer to improve its appearance, and to create the pattern by sprinkling decorative substances with various colors. Since it wasn't something I wanted to create, I rarely found it with a low decorative effect. In addition, the conventional manufacturing method for patterned bubble gum mixes decorative substances into the gum base, so the pattern does not fully appear on the surface of the product before one bite of the bubble gum, making it less decorative. Since decorative substances are mixed in during gum manufacturing, there is a risk that decorative substances may be mixed into other gum manufacturing processes. +n[When manufacturing patterned bubble gum, the drawback is that either a dedicated production line must be set up, or a method must be used to completely remove the decorative substances after manufacturing. Unfortunately, those that print patterns on the outer surface of bubble gum can achieve a certain decorative effect, but when the bubble gum is stuffed, the pattern cannot be made to appear.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has a simple manufacturing process, uniformly disperses the decorative substance made of minute pieces, etc., and makes the pattern appear vividly on the surface of the sugar coating layer, thereby enhancing the decorative effect. In the production of bubble gum, the conventional production line can be used before the sugar-coating process. The manufacturing process is simplified by using C, which enhances the decorative effect of the product before chewing, and also improves the swell after chewing. The second purpose is to make it possible to develop a variety of colored patterns on the 7-sen film even when the 7-sen film is formed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention solves the above problems by using a production method in which a decorative substance is added in the sugar coating process. , nuts, seeds, pills, etc. are used as a core component and a sugar coating is coated on this core component. In the sugar coating process of coating the core component with a hydrophilic decorative substance, the surface of the sugar coating layer or the top of the sugar coating layer is coated with a hydrophilic decorative substance. It is used to produce patterned sugar coatings by adding it to Yota\ In the case of sugar-coated bubble gum in which the core member is conventional bubble gum, a decorative substance is used in which the pattern pieces are coated with a thin layer of a hydrophobic substance that has a moderate affinity for the bubble gum base, and the A decorative substance is added to the surface of or into the sugar-coated layer during the sugar-coating process to produce patterned sugar-coated bubble gum.

When a hydrophilic decorative substance is added to the above-mentioned sugar-coating process, the decorative substance is uniformly dispersed and mixed inside the sugar-coating layer, or if it is mixed in the outermost layer of the sugar-coating layer, it is mixed into the surface layer. In the method for manufacturing patterned sugar-coated bubble gum, the process for producing sugar-coated bubble gum with patterns is similar to the above-mentioned sugar-coated products. A colorful pattern appears on the surface of the product, and as a decorative substance added in the sugar coating process, pattern pieces are coated with a thin layer of a hydrophobic substance that has a moderate affinity for the bubble gum base. Therefore, when you bite into a piece of bubble gum, the decorative substance is mixed into the base of the bubble gum, and when it inflates with exhalation, a bright pattern appears on the bubble gum membrane.

According to the present invention, since a decorative substance is added in the sugar coating process, small pieces of the decorative substance can be uniformly dispersed within the sugar coating layer, and in some cases, the decorative substance may be mixed only on the surface of the sugar coating layer. Moreover, it is also possible to apply the substance in a planar manner to the outermost layer of the sugar coating layer, and a variety of patterns can be freely created, thereby enhancing the decorative effect of the product. Moreover, when the added decorative substance eats the sugar coating layer, it swells with the sugar coating, so there is no feeling of foreign body, and when the core material is other than bubble gum, the decorative substance is hydrophilic and salivate. As it dissolves easily, it does not give any strange feeling. As mentioned above, bright decorative patterns appear on the surface of the sugar-coated layer of sugar-coated bubble gum before one bite. After exhalation, the 7-sen membrane can be inflated with exhaled breath to create a decorative pattern rich in changes, making it possible to provide even more interesting products. Since substances are added, it is easy to manufacture by performing only the sugar-coating process separately.
