(Means) The technical means of the present invention for solving the above problem is that in a method of constructing a basement such as a shelter having concrete walls, concrete is poured on the bottom of the excavated recess, and the inner wall of the basement is placed on the concrete. A side wall steel plate for a corner with an L-shaped cross section and a rectangular side having joints on the inside of both sides and receiving bars protruding inward at both the upper and lower ends. The inner wall of the basement is formed by erecting side wall steel plates in series and welding the joints together, and by bringing square steel plates into contact with each other from the inside of the receiving crosspiece, and by welding the joints together. The floor and ceiling of the basement walls are formed by welding steel plates and side wall steel plates, and then a concrete outer wall is formed around the outer periphery of this steel plate inner wall.

If this box-shaped body is placed at a predetermined position within the excavated recess, a gap will be created around the outer periphery of the box-shaped body that approximately coincides with the concrete wall, and the side walls of the box-shaped body will be used as formwork. During this time, concrete is poured in between to complete the basement, and in this completed state, the box-shaped body exhibits a waterproof effect.

To construct a basement, a space equivalent to a concrete wall must be created between the steel plate side wall and the inner periphery of the excavated recess.
All you need is a basement, and if you can secure an underground space that roughly corresponds to a basement as a whole, you can build a basement.

In this example, the present invention was implemented in a basement for a shelter or a safe.
An excavated recess is formed that roughly corresponds to the basement, concrete is poured on the floor, and after curing, a side wall 1 as shown in FIG. 1 is formed on the upper surface as a support beam for the floor 7 and ceiling 8. Rectangular side wall steel plates 4 and 5 with angle-shaped members 2 and 3 arranged at both upper and lower ends are arranged in a row.

A first angle-shaped member 2 that receives the floor steel plate 9 is welded to the lower end of each of the side wall steel plates 4 and 5 from the outside so that one side thereof projects inwardly, and a second angle-shaped member 2 that receives the ceiling steel plate 10 at the upper end thereof is welded from the outside so that one side thereof projects inwardly. The chevron 3 is replaced by the first chevron 2.
It is welded in the same way.
