Abstract

PURPOSE:To extend the life of a lamp with a simple structure at a low cost by fitting the support metal of the lamp to the side facing a hinge section and forming vibration sections elastically vibrating in the same direction as the opening or closing direction of a door. CONSTITUTION:A lamp 1 is fitted to a support metal 4 with screws 6a and 6b. Widths Wa and Wb of vibration sections 10a and 10b are narrower than any other portions of the support metal 4 and sufficiently thicker than the plate thickness. This support metal 4 is arranged on the side facing the hinge section 3 of a door 2. The vibration sections 10a and 10b can be elastically vibrated in the opening direction of the door 2 and are not vibrated in other directions. The shock and vibration due to the opening or closing of the door 2 is absorbed, the shock to a filament can be mitigated, the lamp is prevented from colliding with the wall face of a heating chamber 8 and being broken. No lead wire passes above the heating chamber 8, thus the device can be made inexpensive.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a heating device such as a microwave oven equipped with a heater, a lamp is attached near the heating chamber in order to illuminate the inside of the heating chamber. On the other hand, the impact caused by opening and closing the door increases as the distance from the hinge increases as the momentum of the door increases. Generally, when the filament H2 of a lamp is repeatedly subjected to strong impacts, it stretches and breaks, as shown in Figure 3 (a).
, As shown in (b), the lamp 1 is attached to the hinge part 3 of the door 2.
As shown in FIG. 4, the lamp 1 can be installed as far as possible from the surface on which the door 2 is attached, or as shown in FIG. By attaching it with stepped screws 6 through a cushioning material 5, the impact caused by opening and closing the door 2 is not applied directly to the door 1.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional example shown in FIG. Lead wire 7 for
In order to pass the heat through the high temperature heating chamber 8, there was a problem in that an expensive product with high heat resistance had to be used. Further, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 4, the shadow of the food 9 is placed on the door 2 side, so there is a problem that it is difficult to see the state of the food 9 while it is being heated. Furthermore, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 5, an extra loose tube member 5 is required, and it is collinear with the lamp 1, resulting in poor workability. In addition, the lamp 1 can move freely in any direction. , there was a problem that the lamp 1 collided with the wall surface of the heating chamber 8 and broke.

Function: Since the lamp support elastically supports the lamp in the same direction as the door opening/closing direction, the heating device of the present invention absorbs the impact of opening/closing the door by photographing it, and prevents elongation of the lamp filament. This prevents wire breakage and prevents the lamp from colliding with the heating chamber wall because it does not move in any direction other than the opening/closing direction of the door. In addition, since it is attached to the side facing the hinge of the door, there is no need to use expensive lead wires, and it can be installed on the door side of the heating chamber, making it possible to efficiently illuminate the inside of the heating chamber.
There is no need to use a cushioning material when mounting the lamp.Embodiment A heating device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in Figure 1, one lamp, screws 6a, 6

The widths Wa and Wb of 0 m and 10b are narrower than any other part of the support metal fitting and are sufficiently thicker than the plate thickness. This support metal fitting 4 is arranged on the side opposite to the hinge part 3 of the door 2 as shown in FIG.

In this way, the imaging units 10a and 10b can vibrate elastically in the opening direction of the door 2, and can be made to vibrate in other directions. Therefore, the impact of opening and closing the door 2 can be absorbed by the vibrating parts 1oa and tab, and the impact on the filament can be softened, and the heating chamber 8
This will prevent the lamp from colliding with the wall and causing damage. Furthermore, the four lead wires are also inexpensive because they do not pass over the heating chamber 8, and since the lamp 1 can be installed on the door 2 side, the inside of the heating chamber 8 can also be efficiently illuminated, which is advantageous.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the heating device of the present invention has a moving part in which the lamp support vibrates elastically in the same direction as the door opening/closing direction, and the moving part absorbs the impact caused by opening and closing the door. By absorbing the heat, it is possible to extend the life of the lamp by preventing direct shock from being applied to the filament, and since it does not vibrate in other directions, the lamp will not collide with the heating chamber wall and will not be damaged. , the quality can be improved.

In addition, by attaching the lamp to the side facing the hinge of the door, there is no need to pass the lead wire through the top of the high-temperature heating chamber, making it less expensive, and the lamp can be placed on the door side, improving lighting efficiency inside the heating chamber. This is extremely advantageous in practical terms.
