Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit the electric wires of a light without exposing them to the outside by arranging the electric wires from a light body between a column and the recessed portion of a nearly recessed plate-like member provided between the light body and the column fitted with the light body. SOLUTION: A fluorescent lamp 1 is fixed with screws and metal fixtures located on the back of the recessed portion of a recessed sheet metal 10. The electric wires 2 of the fluorescent lamp 1 are inserted into the electric wire hole of the recessed sheet metal 10 provided in advance. The diameter of the hole may have a size to allow insertion of a connecting connector. The electric wires 2 passing through the recessed portion of the recessed sheet metal 10 are connected to a fluorescent lamp inverter 4 located at a ceiling portion, and the sheet metal 10 is fixed to a column made of a metal pipe by screws, tapping screws or rivets. The recessed sheet metal 10 is provided with a plurality of insertion holes of the electric wires 2 and fitting holes of the metal fixtures to have a degree of freedom for the fitting position of the fluorescent lamp 1.

When the pillar is thin and it is impossible to make a duct for passing the electric wire inside the pillar, the electric wire of the lamp can be directly seen because the electric wire is arranged on the surface of the pillar, and the appearance is poor. Includes the problem of giving an impression, a person mischievous, a slack in the wire, and a person catching on the slack wire, pulling the slack wire further, damaging the lamp, and cutting the wire Was out. The wall had the same problems as the pillars.

The fluorescent lamp 1 shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 is fixed with a metal fitting 11 and a screw 12 at an opposite concave portion of a concave metal plate 10. At this time, the electric wire 2 of the fluorescent lamp 1 is passed through the electric wire hole 10a of the sheet metal 10 provided in advance. The hole 10
The diameter a may be any size as long as the wire 2 can be inserted.
Note that a connector for connection with the inverter 4 is provided at the end of the electric wire.
If there is, it is necessary to have a size (diameter) into which this connector can be inserted. Next, the electric wire 2 passing through the concave portion 10b of the sheet metal 10 is connected to the fluorescent lamp inverter 4 at the ceiling. Next, the sheet metal 10 is screwed to the pillar 13 made of a metal pipe.
Stop 2 For example, if a screw (tapping screw) that can be fixed if only the hole is opened even if there is no screw tap on the pillar is used, the pillar 12 does not need to be subjected to tap (female screw) processing. Also, instead of screws, pillar 1
It is also possible to make a hole in 3 and fix the sheet metal 10 with rivets.

In order to allow a certain degree of freedom in the mounting position of the fluorescent lamp 1, the insertion hole 20a for the electric wire 2 and the hole 2 for mounting the metal fitting 21 are provided.
There is no problem even if the sheet metal 20 has a plurality of 0b. Also,
By processing the insertion hole 20a of the electric wire in a half-punched state and forming only holes required at the installation location, unnecessary holes in the sheet metal 20 can be hidden. In the present description, the lamp 3 portion of the fluorescent lamp 1 and the fluorescent lamp inverter 4 are separated (FIG. 9), but as shown in FIG.
There is no problem even if the lamp 3 and the fluorescent lamp inverter 4 are integrated.
