ている。(Prior technology) Conventionally, the method of forming decorative patterns on the surface of ceramics, such as those on metal surfaces, was to paint on the ceramic surface using water gold, and after drying, bake it at around 800 degrees Celsius to create a brilliant golden color. The raster decoration method, in which an extremely thin metal coating is formed on the surface of ceramics and an iris is created by the interference of reflected light due to the slight difference in the thickness of the metal coating, is known. However, all of these exhibit a mirror-like metallic luster when the surface of the ceramic or glass to which they are fired is smooth.
If you want to make the surface of the utensil half-enameled, you have to make the surface of the utensil half-enameled in advance, so it is difficult to make just that part of the vessel as the detailed coloring. There was no technique for partially erasing only arbitrary parts. In addition, since overglaze raster has a low viscosity, if you try to use screen printing to perform decorative painting, the overglaze raster will bleed through the mesh, making it impossible to print a clear design.Screen printing using overglaze raster When performing decorative painting according to the method, a large amount of balsam is used to adjust the viscosity to a level suitable for screen printing, but if a large amount of balsam is used, the drying speed is slow.
This has the disadvantage of reducing work efficiency, so I freely painted the part with the seam and the part where the seam was partially erased.
There is a strong demand for an easy-to-work technique that can diversify the expression of patterns and allow for a wider range of creative intentions.

The object of the present invention is to provide a method for decorating ceramic products, which can be used to create clear designs using a screen printing method that is easy to work with.

It is characterized by the fact that the surface of the ceramic product, which is formed on a smooth glassy surface, is decorated with a decorative pattern using a screen printing method, and then is overglazed after drying.

る。 The overglaze rasters used in the present invention are generally made by dissolving metal resinates in a suitable solvent, and balsam compounds are used as precious metals, and these are divided into colored rasters and colorless rasters. Colored rasters use resinates or balsam compounds of iron, copper, manganese, cobalt, cadmium, uranium, gold, platinum, etc., and colorless rasters use resinates of aluminum, zinc, lead tin, bismuth, titanium, etc. used. In addition, each of the solvents has its own characteristics among oil-based solvents such as rosemary oil, lavender oil, camphor oil, terpene oil, trol, xylol, benzol, nitrobenzole, etc. Mix and use the one that provides the most suitable characteristics for your work. In addition, the fine powder of oil-absorbing substances that are added to and mixed with this overglaze raster include wood chips, filter paper powder, wheat flour, buckwheat flour, starch, rice bran, smoked products of these, and other oil-absorbing substances that incinerate at the overglaze firing temperature. Use fine powder of 200μm or less made of plant matter or organic matter. The amount of this fine powder depends on the type and amount of metal resinate used in the overglaze raster, the type and amount of solvent, or balsam, glycerin, rosin, petrolatum, fatty acid or vegetable oil added as necessary. Although it depends on the type and amount of the resin, preferable results can be obtained when the amount is about 1/2 to 8 times the total amount. In addition, balsam, glycerin, petrolatum,
Fatty acids, vegetable oils, resins, etc. are used together with fine powder to adjust the viscosity of the colored glaze. For example, vegetable oils can be used as resins, drying oils such as linseed oil, perilla oil, tung oil, taima oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, rice bran oil, etc. , semi-drying oils such as cottonseed oil, sesame oil, non-drying oils such as camellia oil, olive oil, rat cassava oil, castor oil, natural rosin, etc., but like solvents, these should also be screened for solubility, spreadability, and drying properties. Mix and use the one that is most suitable for printing. moreover,
When the screen printing method with good workability is used as the decorative painting method using colored glazes, a clear pattern without bleeding can be easily obtained, and the features of the present invention are exhibited. If the decorative painting is dried and then heated and baked at a predetermined temperature, for example, 650 to 850°C, the fine powder of the substance mentioned above will turn into ashes and some white powder will remain on the decorative surface. The white powder can be easily removed by wiping it off with a cloth, etc.
A semi-erased raster pattern appears. The reason for this is thought to be that the fine powder of the oil-absorbing substance as described above turns into ashes and cuts the raster pattern, which is supposed to be formed all over by the overpainting raster, into extremely fine pieces.

A paste-like colored glaze made by finely mixing and polishing 100g of Kobal rosin and 220g of commercially available filter paper powder with a particle diameter of 44μm or less, and adjusting the viscosity to screen printable.A ceramic product with a smooth glassy surface and a paste-like colored glaze. A non-smearing decorative pattern is applied to the colored surface of the glazed porcelain using a screen printing method, which is then placed in an electric furnace and heated to 800°C for two hours, then slowly cooled and removed from the kiln. A slight amount of white powder appeared on the surface of the pattern, but when I wiped it off with a cloth, an elegant semi-gloss silver pattern appeared. This product is 4% acetic acid.
It was immersed in the liquid for 24 hours at room temperature and the pattern was examined, but it was found that there was no deterioration or discoloration and that it had sufficient acid resistance.

25g of wheat flour of 62μm or less and 8g of balsam are finely mixed and polished to a paste with a viscosity that can be screen printed. Then, the paste is screen printed on the fired glazed surface of a porcelain tile through a pattern cutout mask, and placed in an electric furnace. The product is heated to 800℃ for 2 hours, then slowly cooled and removed from the kiln. After that, the slight amount of ash that had formed on the surface of the pattern was wiped off with a cloth, and an elegant semi-gloss silver pattern was obtained.

なものである。(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention allows the overglaze raster itself, which has been formulated to a viscosity suitable for screen printing, to be baked onto a glossy glazed ceramic surface or a glassware surface. Because the composition is matte-glazed, there is no need to roughen the drawn lines of the ceramic glaze surface that is to be fired, or to partially apply matte glaze. Even if you paint freely on the glassy smooth surface of the vessel-like body using an easy-to-work screen printing method, and color the parts together with the glossy raster colored parts, each part will have a clear outline. Because it appears in semi-erased lines and glossy lines, it is possible to freely create decorations that were previously impossible, and it is possible to express a new creative intention in the method of expressing decorations on ceramics, etc., thereby increasing the artistic value of the decorations. It can be greatly improved,
This is a new method for decorating ceramic products that solves the problems of conventional methods, and will greatly contribute to the development of industry.
