(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
従来の凸版を用いた印刷機はインキ溜め部よりインキ出
しローラの外周にインキを付着させ引き出し、そのイン
キを着肉ローラの外周に移し取り、そのインキを凸版に
転写しそれにより印刷を行っていた。その為、インキは
インキ溜め部より引き出され外気に接触する。その引き
出されたインキの内、直接印刷に使用されるインキは僅
か数パーセントで残りの使用されないインキは外気に接
触しながら再びインキ溜め部に戻る。以上の動作を繰り
返す。従ってインキが外気に接触する時間が長くインキ
を変質させ、特に速乾性のインキはインキの硬化があり
断続的に運転することや、長時間の運転は不可能であり
印刷に悪影響がある。又作業終了後、インキ出しローラ
や着肉ローラに付着したインキは洗浄する必要があり作
