来このようなホースバンドにおいては、締付片と
板材の端部とをスポツト溶接で固着するようにし
ていたため、固着作業に手間が掛かるとともにコ
ストが高くなり、また、固着力が不十分で締め付
けるときに締付片が外れ易い欠点があつた。

が簡略化できるとともにコストの低減を計ること
ができ、また、相手側の透孔に嵌めた筒状の突部
の先端部を押し拡げて固着するのであるから、溶
接の場合よりも固着力が強く、締付片が板材から
外れるのを確実に防止し得る効果を奏する。
