Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a wiring bonding indicator which eliminates redundant soldering works for redundant connecting points by so providing continuous sequential means for adding data further to coordinates indication data as to perform blinking indication of a connecting point to be redundantly connected. CONSTITUTION:All connecting data are arranged in a calculating unit 8, continuous connections are sorted into groups by sorting means, and the order of the groups is determined. Then, the data in the group is arranged by continuous sequential means, the connecting data of the same connecting point 2 is as continuous sequence, data except the final connecting data in the sequence, i.e., the connecting point 2 having following duplicate connection is so added further with data to the coordinates indication data to be flashed. An indicator 9 reciprocates between the positions of two connecting points 2 as starting and ending points with the output data of the calculating unit 8. Based on the data of succeeding redundant connecting work, connecting point 2 is indicated by blinking. Wirings are only tied to the terminals and soldering is suspended until the following data is eliminated. The wirings are eventually soldered simultaneously by the final connection indication to become continuous indication at the point 2.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Summary] Regarding a wiring connection instruction device for printed wiring boards used to connect wiring using connecting wires when changing the wiring of a printed wiring board, the present invention provides a method to avoid redundant soldering at overlapping connection points. With the aim of providing a wiring connection indicator that eliminates the need for wire connection, the wiring connection indicator uses a light beam to display the work position on the printed wiring board surface when wiring work is done by changing a printed wiring board. an input device that instructs reading of necessary connection data related to the printed wiring board from the storage device; an arithmetic device that creates coordinate instruction data from the connection data; It consists of an indicator that can blink, and the above calculation device organizes all the read connection data, divides continuous connections into groups, and sets the order for each group. Then, the connection data where the connection points are the same are set in a continuous order, and data other than the last connection data in that order is added to the coordinate instruction data so that the connection points that are duplicate connections are displayed blinking. This configuration includes a continuous ordering means.

As shown in FIG. 1, the above problem is caused by the connection between a storage device 6 that has connection data for a plurality of wirings, an input device 7 that instructs to read out necessary connection data related to the printed wiring board 1 from the storage device 6, and It consists of a calculation device 8 that creates coordinate instruction data from the data, and an indicator 9 that can move and blink the light beam 3 based on the coordinate instruction data, and organizes all the read connection data in the calculation device 8. Then, the continuous connections are divided into groups, and the order for each group is set as the means. Within the same group, the connection data where the connection point 2 is the same is set as the continuous order, and the final connection data in that order is Problems other than the above can be solved by the printed wiring board wiring connection indicating device of the present invention, which is equipped with a continuous ordering means for adding further data to the coordinate instruction data so as to blink and display the connection point 2 that is a duplicate connection. be done.

Since the D data is issued, the data regarding the printed wiring board 1 is stored in the storage device 6 based on this pattern change data. Therefore, to change the wiring of the corresponding printed wiring board 1, operate the input device 7 and, for example, , when the type symbol of the corresponding printed wiring board 1 is entered manually, all the corresponding connection data are read out and accepted into the arithmetic unit 8.

In this arithmetic unit 8, all of this connection data is organized and
The grouping method determines the grouping of continuous connections and the order of each group. This is because connection data is data that connects two connection points, and connection data that includes the same connection point forms the same group, resulting in a continuous connection.

Based on the output data of the calculation device 8, the indicator 9 controls the light beam 3 from the light projector 31 to a specified position on the installed printed wiring board 1, and sets the position of the two connection points 2 as the starting point. , if the terminal moves back and forth and involves subsequent duplicate connection work at any of the connection points 2, the operator is notified by flashing the connection point 2 using the above-mentioned additional data;
Until there are no successors, only connect them to the terminals, etc., and put the soldering on hold.The last connection instruction that is displayed continuously at the connection point 2 causes the final soldering to be performed once.

In this example, each connection point was connected in a single stroke, but as design change data, in the case of a wiring connection that has three or four branches at a connection point, it is possible to connect two points at the shortest distance. For single-stroke connections that do not have three or more branches, the connected data that has been converted is used in this machine, or in this example, it is grouped as two overlapping connection points and arranged in the wiring order of continuous connections. If there are 3 or more duplicates, the selection will be incomplete, so
Furthermore, connection points that appear three or more times from all connection data are created as a multiple connection point table along with the number of times, and the above group is created when creating a continuous order table, and after finishing for the same group,
Before moving to a new group, count the number of connections of the connection point corresponding to this multiple connection point table, and if it is insufficient, select other wiring of the same connection point from the original connection data table and arrange them.
Repeat until the same number of connections is reached, and then select and arrange them. At this time, by setting a flag at the same connection point of the nearest higher-level wiring, it is also possible to perform a wiring connection including three or more branches.

As described above, if the present invention is used, there is no need for a wiring diagram,
Connect the wires in the order indicated by the light beam of the indicator, hold off on soldering when it flashes, and continue soldering when it continues, so you can complete the work without any mistakes, and avoid wasted or unreasonable redundant soldering at duplicate connection points. This has enabled efficient and accurate work to be avoided.
