Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (以下利用分野、従来技術等考案の目的) 本考案は流動層型金属熱処理炉に関するもので
ある。かかる炉に於いて、従来、ガス加熱式のも
のは、流動層内で燃焼させる高温用と、流動層外
で燃焼させて、流動層に燃焼ガスを供給する低温
用があり、何れもその構成上、一ツの炉で高温用
と低温用を兼用させることができず、しかも高温
用は、ある温度域で爆発が生じる上に、昇温時間
が遅い欠点があつた。本考案は一ツの炉で高温に
も低温にも使用できると共に高温用の前記した欠
点も一掃するものである。以下図について詳述す
ると次の通りである。

スは、小孔5から炉底4に向けて分散して噴出す
る。熱交粒子は、かかる燃焼ガスによつて流動せ
られて流動層2を形成して被熱物を加熱する。燃
焼ガスは、このように、炉底4に向けて噴出する
ので、燃焼管3の周囲にも流動層2が形成され、
その結果燃焼管3は流動層中に存在することにな
る。従つて、燃焼管3の外壁は、流動層粒子によ
つて効果的に熱交換され過熱を予防することがで
きる。また、燃焼は、燃焼管3内で行われ流動層
内では行われないので、流動層内での爆発音のよ
うなものは生じ得ない。

発音が生じることはなく、且つ燃焼管内で燃焼し
た高温のガスによつて流動層を形成するので、流
動層の昇温を短時間で行なうことができる等の利
点がある。
