The additive supply device uses a drive mechanism to rotationally drive a container containing the powdered additive, a supply pipe for communicating the container with the excreta conduit below the toilet bowl, and an appropriate additive guide. Accordingly, the main part is constituted by an additive guiding device which guides the additive inside the supply pipe to the excrement conduit pipe side. This container is usually placed outdoors to facilitate replenishment of additives, and the additive guiding device is configured to guide the additives using a screw conveyor system.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention By the way, in the case of the additive supply device in this type of compost-producing human waste treatment system, the powdered additive is fed to the excrement conduit side, thereby causing the bottom part of the container to Even if the powdered additive at the top decreases, the powdered additive at the top does not slide down, resulting in a hollow bottom of the container (bridging phenomenon), which impairs the feeding of the powdered additive. There were negative effects. In addition, it is required that the container for powdered additives can be freely repositioned depending on the surrounding conditions in which the composting type human waste treatment system is installed. Since it is difficult to bend the product supply pipe, there is a disadvantage that its position can only be changed within a very narrow range.

Means for Solving the Problem The feature of the solution is that, as shown in Fig. 1, human excrement is guided from the toilet bowl 1 to the agitation device 2, and the agitation device 2 contains a large amount of air. In a composting type human waste treatment system, in which the excrement is composted by stirring and mixing a hygroscopic powder additive and the excrement, and the generated waste material is appropriately stored, the powdered excrement is The container 12 that accommodates the additive and the excrement conduit 9 below the toilet bowl 1 are communicated with each other through a flexible supply pipe 13.
A spiral wire 14 extending from the inner bottom of the container 12 is continuously inserted into the inside of the container 12, and by driving the spiral wire 14 to rotate as appropriate, the powdered additive is introduced into the excrement passageway 9 at the appropriate time. The structure is such that a floating body 15 is inserted into the container 12 and is moved in position by the rotation of the spiral wire 14.

The powdered additive in the container 12 is transferred from the bottom of the container 12 to the supply pipe 13 by a spiral wire 14 that is rotationally driven.
Further, the powdered additive present inside the supply pipe 13 is similarly guided by the spiral wire 14 toward the excreta conduit passage 9 below the toilet bowl 1.
In this way, as the powdered additive in the container 12 decreases, depending on the properties of the powdered additive, the amount of the powdered additive in the container 12 decreases.
The bottom of the spiral wire 14 is about to become hollow, but the spiral wire 14
As a result of the rotation, the floating body 15 is moved, and vibration is applied to the powdered additives above the container 12, so that the powdered additives are forcibly slid down one after another, and the additives are supplied. The device 4 preferably maintains its dispensing function until the powdered additive in the container 12 is exhausted.

Furthermore, since the supply pipe 13 is flexible, the container 12
The position can be changed freely according to the installation conditions.
In some cases, the supply pipe 13 may be changed due to a change in position.
However, the spiral wire 14 inside the supply pipe 13 is also bent correspondingly to the supply pipe 13 due to its structure, and its rotational function is hardly impaired. It is preferably induced even within the range.

Reference numeral 15 denotes a floating body inserted into the container in an unrestrained state, and performs a contact rotation movement as appropriate by the rotation of the spiral wire 14. The floating body 15 may be a synthetic resin pipe cut into rounds, but it must have enough rigidity to transmit vibrations to the powdered additive.

In use, when the start button of the controller 22 is pressed, each electric motor 8, M automatically starts and stops according to the order preset in the controller 22. That is, first, the electric motor M rotates for a predetermined time,
Hygroscopic powder additives such as dried coarse grains generated at sawmills (filtered through a sieve to remove impurities) and dried rice husks crushed into approximately 40 mesh pieces are supplied onto the excreta. In this case, the rotational speed of the spiral wire 14 driven by the motor M is 40 to 50 revolutions per minute, and is normally driven for 25 to 30 seconds per defecation, and the powder additive is transferred by this drive. The amount is 400cm3 per minute. The odor of excrement is almost completely removed by the powdered additive.
Next, the electric motor 8 rotates for a predetermined period of time to drive the agitator 7 in the agitator 2, so that the excrement is transferred a predetermined distance to the treated material conduit 10 side, and the excrement and powder additives are separated. is completely deodorized by stirring and mixing, and at the same time, composting is promoted.
The cylindrical main body 5 of the agitation device 2 has a volume that can hold the excrement for about 10 times of use, and the excrement for one time is not used until it is used about 10 times subsequently. It will be discharged to the 10 side. Therefore, the excrement is sufficiently stirred and mixed while passing through the stirring device 2, and composting is sufficiently performed. In addition, the spiral wire 14

It is preferable to use piano wire (spring steel) having a diameter of 50 mm; if the wire diameter is less than 3 mm, twisting will occur, making it impossible to transfer the powdered additive. Further, it is preferable that the material to be treated stored in the tank 3 is kept in a moist state to the extent that hygroscopic powder additives such as sawdust are not fluidized.

Effects of the invention As described above, according to the invention, the container containing the powdered additive and the excrement conduit passage below the toilet bowl are communicated with each other through the flexible supply pipe, and the inside of the flexible supply pipe is connected to the By continuously inserting a spiral wire extending from the inner bottom of the container and driving the spiral wire to rotate as appropriate, the powdered additive is supplied to the excrement passageway in a timely manner. It is now possible to change the position of the additive container according to the installation conditions without impairing the function of the additive supply device, and there is also a rotating spiral wire inside the powder additive container. By inserting the floating body whose position is moved, the powdery additive in the container is vibrated by the floating body, so that the powdery additive preferably slides down to the bottom of the container without causing a bridging phenomenon. , it has excellent practical effects such as being able to maintain a suitable continuous supply of powdered additives.
