Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the forming efficiency and to reduce the cost by bulging a swelled pipe stock equipped with a leading hole at the side wall of the pipe stock, inserting the swelled pipe stock into a die and drawing a drawing tool for flanging upward. CONSTITUTION:The swelled cylindrical pipe 2 having the leading hole is formed on the pipe stock 1 by the bulging. A cylindrical projecting surface 7 with required length is notched at the inner surface of a cylindrical clearance 9 of the die 6, the cylindrical swelled pipe 2 of the pipe stock 1 is inserted into the clearance 9. し且つ該膨出管体の先端中央部に任意サイズの先導孔を
あけたものを出発材料とし、該膨出管体に密着収容し上
端が開いている円筒状空隙を具えた金型内に装入セット
し、該円筒状空隙を上下に分ち、上部円筒内面には該膨
出管体の上部外周に段差を成形すべき円周状凸部を刻設
し、該素材管開端よりつば出し用引抜工具を挿入し且つ
該膨出管体内に装入セットし、該工具の上部把持具を掴
んで上方に向けて強く引抜く工程を特徴とする該膨出管
体のつば出しと該膨出管体外周上部に段差とを一工程で
成形する方法。
