Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of sampled blood, etc., and to permit exact test, by sealing previously a coldness keeping agent in a hollow part of a test tube stand for holding the test tube. CONSTITUTION:A coldness keeping agent comprising water, salt water, starch, etc. is sealed in a hollow part 1 of a test tube stand, and the agent is cooled before it is used. Sampled blood collected in a blood sampling chamber is charged to a test tube and the tube is inserted to a recessed part 2 of the test tube stand and the blood is cooled and stored. The test tube stand is then housed in a cold insulating box, etc. as coldness keeping material, then transported to an inspection room, where the refrigerated blood is supplied for test. A used test tube stand is cooled again and used repeatedly.
