【考案の詳細な説明】
〔考案の利用分野〕
本考案はアウトサート成形する基板に係り、特
に基板および成形するリブの変形を小さくする下

従来のアウトサート成形にてリブを成形する基
板は丸穴や第1図〜第3図にて示す通り基板1に
長穴2を設けていたがこの場合、基板と成形する
プラスチツク材料の線膨張率の違いから樹脂のリ
ブ3を形成する場合樹脂の方が線膨張率が大きく
成形温度と常温との温度差に相当する収縮が起り
リブ部が基板より大きく収縮するが、基板は通常
プレス加工にてする場合が多くプレス穴の破断面
の表面アラサが大きいのでこの部分に樹脂が入り
込みリブの長手方向にずれにくくなり基板やリブ
がリブ側に変形しやすい欠点があつた。

本考案は基板の変形を防ぐために下穴の形状を
成形するリブの中央に向つて広がる様に勾配を設
けることにより下穴部の樹脂の引つかかり力を極
力小さくし、下穴の長手方向にすべりやすくし、
リブが収縮しやすい様にさせることにより、基板
とリブの相対ずれを起させ、収縮差を吸収させる
様にしたものである。

以下、本考案の一実施例を第4図〜第6図によ
り説明する。アウトサート成形するリブ6の下穴
としてリブ6の中央に向い広がる約0.5度の勾配
を持つ下穴5を基板4に設けたものである。リブ
6を成形した場合、下穴5が勾配を持つているの
でリブの長手方向にすべりやすくなる。このため
基板4の下穴5の表面アラサが大きくても樹脂が
引つかかりにくくなり収縮差を吸収するものであ
る。本実施例によればプレス加工で容易に下穴形
状を設けられるのでコスト上昇なしに品質向上が
行なえる効果がある。

本考案によれば、基板と樹脂の収縮率の差があ
つても下穴に勾配をつけるだけで変形を少なく出
来るので基板の曲げ強度を強くすることもしなく
て良くなる。また基板の強度が強くてリブが切断
する恐れもなくなり、基板やリブの形状の制約が
少なくなる。基板下穴の表面アラサを良くしなく
ても良く、性能向上や経済的効果がある。
