本考案は一般家庭において使用する洗濯機にお

従来例の構成とその問題点
従来、洗濯機の排水切換構造においては、第1
図に示すように、スイツチボツクス1を洗濯槽上

3の一端に設けたフツク部6にコツクひも7を連
結させている。また蓋2の上面に突出させたコツ
クレバー3の軸部にはツマミ5を挿入させコツク
レバー3を回動させるようにしている。またコツ
クひも7の他の一端を洗濯槽及び脱水槽を形成し
たタンク8の下面に設けたコツクフレーム9に連
結させている。ツマミ5を回動させることにより
コツクひも7は上へ引張り上げられ弁体を設けた
コツクフレーム9の排水口は開状態になる。ツマ
ミ5をもとにもどすことにより排水口は閉状態に
なる。このような構成で洗濯槽の水をためたり排
水したりすることができた。しかしこのような排
水切換装置は洗濯槽の上面後方に設けられ、か
つ、蓋2の傾斜面にコツクレバー3が設けられて
いるため、洗濯槽投入口が小さくなるという問題
があつた。最近ではスイツチボツクスの幅を小さ
くして洗濯槽の投入口を大きくして洗濯物を入れ
やすくするようになつてきたが、従来のような構
成では、コツクレバー3の回動長さがある程度長
くなければ、コツクひも7の巻き上げ長さが短か
くて排水時間が長くなるため、スイツチボツクス

考案の構成

アームは単なる係合関係にあるため分離可能であ
り、コツクひもを外すことなくパネルを取外すこ
