As described in No. 31034, a cloth material for improving wear resistance was embedded in a blend of polyamide resin and thermoplastic nidistomer. However, this configuration does not take into account squealing noise during braking and a decrease in productivity due to the cloth material being buried.

In addition, although the lubricity of the braking surface is contradictory to the stopping time of the brake, it is possible to prevent abnormal noise such as squealing noise and prevent abnormal wear of the braking surface. Since braking performance can be improved by increasing the amount of elastomer, good braking properties can be obtained.

The thermoplastic elastomer is preferably a polyolefin type, but other types include polystyrene type, polyvinyl chloride type, polyurethane type, polyamide type, prbutadiene type, chlorinated polyethylene type, trans 1,4 polyisoprene type, and fluorine type. One or more of these may be used, and inorganic fillers and inorganic fibers such as glass fibers and carbon fibers may be added as necessary to increase weight and stiffness. If the blending amount increases, the fluidity during molding will decrease, so the blending amount is desirably 40% by weight or less based on the base material polyamide resin and thermoplastic elastomer. Furthermore, additives such as antioxidants and dispersants may be added. Furthermore, coloring by adding pigments is also possible.
